I was skeptical about Okendo when we first did an upgrade to all the bells and whistles. But now that we are using all the features, it made our website great and engaging especially to our most loyal customers. Great customer service as well. The tool is intuitive but if you have a question the customer service team is super response and no question felt too silly to ask.
