I already have a Hydrogen site and Okendo is a great choice for my project. Okendo takes care of everything with the @okendo/shopify-hydrogen package. I hope the @okendo/shopify-hydrogen package will develop further with more features. Cheers!

I've been in tech for 30 years and seen a lot of product in my time. Okendo has excellent UI / UX and a full stack of features to help your store grow. Their customer service is exceptional and the attentive hand holding they offer though setup and tuning is next level. We put in a feature request two weeks ago for post checkout referrals for non Shopify Plus accounts and I received a message from their support today to let me that it's ready to ship already A fast moving product. Highly recommended

Honestly amazing customer service. fast response with chat option that made my experience so easy and quicker then I expected. easy to navigate through the app with very helpful team. Highly recommend !!:)

I'm a techie newbie and with the patience and help of Daniel and the other experts, I was actually able to create a pretty awesome looking review platform! I only have the basic plan, but even with that the Okendo app offers a great variety of aesthetic options and layouts, as well as a fairly seamless review capture process. Definitely elevates the brand, highly recommend!

Beautiful review widgets, detailed, very responsive support team, easy to use and feature rich app. You have to pay a price based on the number of orders, but the app works really well and I think it's the best app in the review.

I just swapped to Okendo and I am so impressed… HIGHLY recommend. I set it up today and you can do so much with the free version. Eg fully customise the look and feel of the review section on your product page, create bespoke templates for review request emails, ask customers questions around age and other attributes to add more flavour to your reviews. Customer support was also so helpful, had trouble setting it up initially but Luigi sorted it all out for me. 10/10

The Okendo app is great. Very impressed with our easily it integrates with our website and the customer service team are great and very responsive. Highly recommend.

The guys were so helpful to me, after installing the Okendo app I couldn't figure out how to get my imported reviews to show on individual products and they sorted it within a few hours! Took a huge weight off me - I was so worried I wouldn't get it figured out. Couldn't be happier with the App and the support. Cheers guys!

Easy enough to install. When customizations or fixes are needed, the customer service team is very quick to respond and assist with a solution. Impressed by the team. Many thanks to Josh and the others who have helped so far.

He estado usando esta aplicación un tiempo y la verdad que es increíble. Tiene opciones para las reviews que no había visto en ningún otro lado, y no solo el tema de las reviews, esta aplicación es super completa en muchos otros ámbitos. La atención al cliente es increíble, te ayudan con todo lo que necesites y te explican todo de forma muy clara para que lo entiendas. Sinceramente no creo que exista mejores aplicaciones que esta.

I have recently moved with Okendo from another App and was amazed not only with what this App can offer but their amazing customer support. I had few issues/changes to be made; and they were always very quick to repond to emails (even on a Bank holiday) and managed to fix most of my issues. So far so good, I am a happy customer, thank you!
