Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo has been a strong partner for our reviews program. Their customer support team is consistently responsive and helpful, and we’ve especially appreciated how proactive they are in recommending optimizations to improve performance and the customer experience. The platform is easy to work with and has supported our reviews needs well.

Okendo Reviews is easy to use and their onboarding team helped with the seamless integration on our site. Daily management tasks are simple and straightforward, making this a great add to our ecomm marketing toolkit.

We're just using for basic stuff, and it works great. AI bot is helpful, and human support is there in 5 mins if needed.

I wanted to share how wonderful it’s been working with Karen Vargas during our Okendo onboarding process. Karen helped us set up reviews, the skin quiz, surveys, loyalty, and referral programs, and she made what could have been a very overwhelming implementation feel incredibly smooth and manageable. Great reviews widget - has every feature you could possible want and more and is very easy to use. Left yotpo due to increasing cost and okenda has been above and beyond!

The Okendo app was easy to install, and the support team was very helpful, making sure we had the settings just right when we went live. Shout out to Paulo and Ritwik. We're starting with the free reviews version, and will likely upgrade to the paid version to include loyalty and referrals at a later date.

This software operates my post sale activities from loyalty points to on page reviews. It is invaluable! I believe it keeps my customers coming back to get more points and use them on goods we list as well as discounts we offer based on their spending level.
