We had such a great experience onboarding with Okendo! Chelsea made everything smooth and easy to follow. She was patient, responsive, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were set up for success. We’re very thankful for her help and support throughout the process!

This app is incredible! And the support is amazing and fast and actually super helpful (unlike some other apps)! For us there's been a bit of a learning curve to get loyalty points in place but support has helped so much it's making it easier. It's great to have reviews, loyalty, surveys, and quizzes, all in one place. Definitely would recommend Okendo. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they definitely deliver!

We've been using Okendo for just over a year now, and we highly recommend it. The user experience on our site is seamless, making it easy for customers to engage with reviews. On the backend, it's incredibly intuitive for our team to manage. Plus, the integrations with Klaviyo and Shopify are smooth, reliable, and have streamlined our workflows.

We migrated our entire loyalty, reviews, surveys, and quizzes over to Okendo so everything is now under one roof. Chelsea was a fantastic onboarding manager, she made the process smooth and handled any issues quickly and efficiently. The big loyalty and reviews migrations were completed seamlessly, and the transition has already made managing our customer experience so much easier. We’re really happy with the support and the results so far - highly recommend Okendo to any brand looking to simplify and strengthen their CX stack.

Okendo provides concierge-level service, with dedicated and responsive account representatives who are proactive in sharing opportunities. Their Shopify app provides a robust level of detail and is easy-to-use, plus their product suite includes many industry-leading tools that can be used to scale the retention side of a business. Okendo mainly assists us in increasing our review rates and utilizing the insights from those reviews in our direct-to-consumer communications, which in turn supports the growth of our customer lifetime value.

Great, user friendly app. Cost effective in comparison to other platforms. Their team also really wants you to succeed and recommends opportunities to optimize.
