This app is great value for money, offering a wide variety of functionality and integrations to other apps to be able to loop together the tech stack. Shiela was particularly helpful in helping set up our reviews on the new widget and making amendments to help customers filter.

We've been using the Okendo app for reviews, and from day one, the support from their team has been exceptional. When we needed help with the initial setup, they jumped in and got everything running smoothly right away. Unlike most apps, Okendo's team is incredibly hands-on. I have been using okendo for almost a year now on the basic plan. Even though we're on basic, I have to admit their customer service is impeccable. The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. Very happy with how it looks on our site, and the customer service is great.

Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid. Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.
