Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Best reviews app on Shopify. The way its reviews integrate with quizzes, surveys, and loyalty makes it very powerful. The Okendo team are also awesome.

The best review platform for Shopify without question. What sets Okendo apart, other than the mega amounts of functinality and personalisation even on the lowestplan, is its support. This app is great value for money, offering a wide variety of functionality and integrations to other apps to be able to loop together the tech stack. Shiela was particularly helpful in helping set up our reviews on the new widget and making amendments to help customers filter.

We've been using the Okendo app for reviews, and from day one, the support from their team has been exceptional. I have been using okendo for almost a year now on the basic plan. Even though we're on basic, I have to admit their customer service is impeccable. The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. I had the pleasure of working with Laura who has analyzed our store and provided recommendations to optimize our performance.
