Okendo is one of the best apps available for reviews. The UI of the app seamlessly integrates with the UI the website. The support team is one of the best to work with :)

This application is top notch! I don't regret having taken okendo to manage my customer reviews. Of all the apps I use, Okendo is the best in terms of customer service, they are great I recommend!

The Okendo team has been great (and very responsive, with quick turnaround) at helping us migrate our reviews from another reviews platform, as well as helping us set up the reviews requests, and flows. I love that there are reminders for reviews and that you can offer rewards to customers (ie a discount) to incentivize and thank them for taking the time.

This app is great so far - but the onboarding process was a dream! Definitely see why they have such great ratings. Excited to see more customers write reviews! Had another call with them, and Laura Gomez was such a help! Really enjoy working with this company.

Scott & the APAC team had looked after us from day 1 as a Shopify Plus merchant. We felt well looked after and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We have loved using Okendo so far! Integrating the app into Shopify is simple and easy, and the onboarding team has helped us every step of the way in making sure the setup is just how we want it. The Okendo team even helped us with customizing how the reviews display on our site, and they helped us set up the integration with Klaviyo so we could customize our review emails easily. We couldn't be happier with the quick and responsive support we've received from the Okendo team! 5 stars!

The Okendo reviews has tremendously helped the conversation amongst our customers in providing quality feedback. Extremely happy to go with OKENDO. Great app to capture reviews and change the layout. It integrates with Klaviyo super easily.
