Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We looked at a lot of options when deciding on a Product Reviews, UGC (and Customer Survey) app. We tried a well-known competitor's app and quickly realized we had made a mistake. It was buggy and the customer support was dismal. What a relief it was to work with Okendo. The process - from sales to implementation and setup - was among the best we've seen. Okendo even supported us with integration with other apps - going as far as helping to setup a flow sequence in the other app. We love working with this innovative company and would highly recommend them.

I've been using Okendo since June 2019 and I think it's FIVE STAR PLUS!! Simple and great support, and I reply to every review we get, good or bad, and we publish 99% of them!

So far, so good. I like the load time. It is a bit complicated to setup. But seems to be worth it. There seem to have more features that I'm not using yet. So yeah, the app is great but needs figuring.

They are great! Great product and customer support! Really happy and has helped our onsite conversions greatly!

My favorite thing about Okendo is the customer service and the way they are dedicated to doing the best work. There is a reason they are 5 stars and have so many reviews. They also integrate very well with our email platform, Klaviyo. Definitely would recommend this app to anyone looking to showcase their reviews in the best light.

Probably the best onboarding experience I had had, ever. Nands was amazing at every step and I really felt like I could ask anything and get a response within a few hours, if every app was this useful and every onboarding this smooth my life would be much easier!

I recently request to chat with the Okendo team, Sheila specifically, as it was my first time with the review upload template. The team was so helpful and was able to look at my CSV for me to figure out what the issue was, send it back and successfully upload. Great support!!

Excellent customer service. The app has endless customization features to really tailor it to your particular business. The onboarding process is seamless and they are ready to help with any issues you might possibly have!

After searching high and low for a good reviews apps Okendo is simply the best, their widget customisation is top tier and their support is even better, I really love how there is multiple themes/layouts to the widgets. I had some troubles importing our reviews over and Angel went above and beyond to get it solved for me. I think app support is super important and Angel nailed it. I do think there should be an in-between plan as the jump from $19US to $119 is quite big for a small growing brand but other than that I see no faults : - ) Thanks for a good service
