Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Excellent onboarding service. Have answered multiple questions for me promptly. Very smoothly integrates with store. I imported Amazon reviews to get started and that was relatively straight forward. Thank you.

I was struggling to find the right spot for the product page coding and Josh was super helpful and speedy in getting this updated for me.

We are very happy with the Okendo product, it is very easy to use and does exactly what we expected, the hi-light of the relationship we have with Okendo is the level of service and knowledge of the support staff, nothing is too much trouble and anything we ask for gets delivered in super quick time. We looked at a lot of options when deciding on a Product Reviews, UGC (and Customer Survey) app. We tried a well-known competitor's app and quickly realized we had made a mistake. It was buggy and the customer support was dismal. What a relief it was to work with Okendo. The process - from sales to implementation and setup - was among the best we've seen. Okendo even supported us with integration with other apps - going as far as helping to setup a flow sequence in the other app. We love working with this innovative company and would highly recommend them.

I've been using Okendo since June 2019 and I think it's FIVE STAR PLUS!! Simple and great support, and I reply to every review we get, good or bad, and we publish 99% of them!

So far, so good. I like the load time. It is a bit complicated to setup. But seems to be worth it. There seem to have more features that I'm not using yet. So yeah, the app is great but needs figuring.

Reviews app has been tremendous thus far. Switch from Stamped a while back and it's been a great experience. The service is top notch as well. Helpful in the transition and with any issues now that we have cut over. Definitely recommend.

My favorite thing about Okendo is the customer service and the way they are dedicated to doing the best work. There is a reason they are 5 stars and have so many reviews. They also integrate very well with our email platform, Klaviyo. Definitely would recommend this app to anyone looking to showcase their reviews in the best light.

Probably the best onboarding experience I had had, ever. Nands was amazing at every step and I really felt like I could ask anything and get a response within a few hours, if every app was this useful and every onboarding this smooth my life would be much easier!

I recently request to chat with the Okendo team, Sheila specifically, as it was my first time with the review upload template. The team was so helpful and was able to look at my CSV for me to figure out what the issue was, send it back and successfully upload. Great support!!
