Okendo offers a very hands-on team to help with implementation and set up of different features which is one of my favorite things about them! We've been using Okendo for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Their support team responds in a timely manner and are very helpful when we have questions or need support. Our new customer success manager, Andre Saldanha, is awesome and has been really helpful in ensuring we're using the tool to its fullest extent. We get most of our reviews from Bazaarvoice, so I would love to see them add an integration that uploads those reviews automatically rather than exporting using an Okendo specific template. Other than that, really intuitive and easy to use platform.
