We’ve had a great experience using Okendo’s Reviews and Quiz products! Both have been excellent tools, and their customer success team has been incredibly responsive and supportive along the way.

We initially started with just the reviews feature and never ran into any issues. Our dedicated Customer Success Manager has been great in helping us continuously improve the program. At one point, Okendo introduced us to their loyalty program. While they made a compelling case, we didn’t have the resources—or the immediate need—to make the switch. What stood out was that they never pressured us like many sales teams do. Eventually, we decided to give it a try as it offered a chance to consolidate several apps. The implementation team was fantastic (I'm looking at you Chelsea!). Knowing we’re a small team wearing many hats, they assured us the process would be low-effort on our end—and they absolutely delivered on that promise.

We use Okendo for reviews, surveys, and referrals. Laura Gomez provided great support when we needed it. A much more user friendly and cost effective platform than other competitors.

We’ve been happy with Okendo since switching from another platform. The integration with Shopify and Klaviyo was seamless and made setup easy. Some flows could be better supported natively from klaviyo. The backend is intuitive—moderating reviews, managing questions, and using features have been smooth experiences. Customer support has always been fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success, and offering regular best-practice check-ins.I would recommend for anyone looking for a robust, customizable review solution that prioritizes both merchant and customer experience.

The support team is pretty fast, I got in an issue and they showed me how to fix it. The product is also very good.
