Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Powerful app, great interface, and star customer service from our rep Norma! The Okendo team in general has been very responsive and accommodating toward questions and requests.

We worked with Tyler Iannantuono throughout our onboarding service, and It was truly the best experience we could have asked for. He made the onboarding process so much easier and made our transition to Okendo seamless. He was very helpful and answered all our questions, ensuring we felt good about this new platform. We are extremely happy with the outcome of this implementation and will continue to be using the platform.

These guys have built an incredible platform, and even their latest "Connect" product is awesome for creating surveys (we use them post-purchase to capture NPS). On-boarding was an absolute breeze, and ongoing support has been nothing short of superb. Shoutout to Norma from the Customer Success team, she is an asset to the Okendo team! I highly recommend any new or existing Shopify merchant to consider Okendo as a part of their core tech stack moving forward.

We have been extremely happy with Okendo and its staff. The ability to have user-generated content, an easy review platform for the customer, review syndication, and world-class support is unmatched.

My company is still in the trial phase and I already really love this review app. Easy to use - very intuitive Chat function is not robot-driven - actual people respond (Nands Fabroa has been very responsive and helpful) Can retrieve prior reviews from other apps so you don't lose anything. Very happy so far.
