Great support. Every time I speak to their support team I am always impressed by how fast and knowledgeable their team is. Very happy!

I'm currently on Okendo's Essential plan and liking it everyday since the development phase. It's easy to install and configure, the functionalities and flexibility are more than sufficient for my newly launched online store. There had been 2 teething issues but the Support person Shiela was able to provide workarounds promptly and taken my feedback for future product development. Truly recommend this app!

We have had an amazing experience with the Okendo platform and team. We switched from another review software and love how easy the Okendo interface is to use and how simple it is to customize so much of our review process. We don't have a super straightforward Shopify store so the setup and onboarding for any app is often semi-complicated. Our Okendo onboarding expert Adrian was amazing--GREAT listener and problem-solver, quick to respond to questions, kept us on track to launch. Okendo as an app is flexible and easy enough for us to integrate our business, which we really love. And with Adrian's help, we're taking advantage of all Okendo has to offer.

We recently transitioned from Yotpo and have really enjoyed working with Okendo - the customer service is excellent and it has great features that are easy to implement! We'd really like to see more customization options for the email sends, but otherwise a really great tool!

Super easy to use and the best onboarding experience from any app I've ever used. They are really helpful if with customising things too.
