Great product and excellent service The app is user friendly, easy to pick up, and use. Works fine with other apps making the job done smoothly. The customer service is excellent. It helps us collecting the reviews and make it available on the other market places. Highly recommended!

UPDATE 3/24/2023- I have been using this app a couple years now and it has definitely contributed to an increase in sales to my store. Customer support has been super quick to help me with any questions that arise. Definitely recommend! I have used many different review apps in the past. They all would miss some of the key features I desired for my online store. Okendo has EVERYTHING you would like from a review app. It's professionally designed, automatically sends review request emails to your customer by your desired time frames, plus customer service is amazing! I have seen a big increase in sales as well since starting last month. 100% Recommend!

I use Okendo to give credibility to my customers through real customer reviews. We've been using it for about 6 months and it's been wonderful! People love to leave us their reviews, share their photos and videos with us, and help fellow customers shop easier. Okendo is very easy to setup and use and the customer service is the best.

After nearly 2 years on Yot** and our store receiving barely any reviews we made the switch to Okendo and haven't looked back. We've now got 500+ reviews in the space of a few months and the cost difference is minimal. Scott at Okendo made the implementation absolutely seamless and effortless (on our part) and we were up & running within 2 business days. The support from the team is the best I've experienced with any Shopify app; very proactive and helpful. We absolutely recommend Okendo do any eComm store owner!

Okendo is really great, we love it! We were able to get it connected to all the other tools we use, everything very easy to set up. Recently they added a new (or revamped?) integration with Klaviyo, which got me very excited. With new features being added – and others improved – plus the excellent customer service and fair price, I totally recommend them. A top-the-bar review system is a must nowadays, and Okendo is our top choice.

We love Okendo at Nuheara.com. As a direct to consumer (DTC) pureplay business operating 7 Shopify Plus/WordPress "headless e-commerce" stores around the globe, we got really excited with attribute functionality that allows customers to leave rich reviews. These help prospects decide if IQbuds2 MAX is for them. The fully supported implementation and fantastic 24x7 support makes this an easy 5 stars to give.

Okendo is fantastic. Moving to Okendo from our previous review platform was a great decision. For the same rate we now get unlimited reviews, a much more flexible display and amazing customer service. Can't fault it.

I've used Okendo for several Shopify businesses, and they are far friendlier and easier to work with and integrate than other competitors. They give white glove service and incredible support at a fraction of the cost of others. Most importantly, our customers really enjoy the journeys and ability to share feedback through the clean, simple and well designed UX.

Okendo has been a streamline integration for our store. Launching a new product is never an easy feat, and when finding product-market fit, feedback is a critical phase that Okendo is helping us achieve. I looked at both Yotpo and ShopperApproved, but it was a clear choice to go with Okendo’s Power Plan not only for the features but for the great customer service that was provided when working with Mor to find the best plan for us, Jade for a quick and smooth implementation, and the rest of the Okendo team. We were referred to this app when looking to increase our brand trust. After an onboarding call we were quickly set up and live on Okendo.
