Their customer service is unmatched, not to mention the high quality of the app and the ability to integrate the review ask into Klaviyo flows. By far, the best reviews app we have used - and much less expensive than Yotpo (for a better user experience). 10./10

From initial engagement with Okendo through to finalised implementation and import, the team has been a pleasure to work with. This app was recommended by my SEO team as a means of achieving better visibility on Google. Not only does the app do this, but their staff are outstanding. I recently updated my theme which required customizing the app again, and Shiela and the team at Okendo did this for me within several hours of my initial request. Worth the money.

Honestly don't look past any other app than Okendo for reviews! Apart from the fact that it all works incredibly, increased conversions massively, their customer service is legit the best I've seen in the apps from Shopify. They will go over and above to help you even in Klaviyo or Shopify. The BEST
