Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

The app itself is simple to use and very customizable. The design is great and looks beautiful on our website. Customer service is next level and that's what made us choose Okendo. Keep it up!

The app is very customizable which made it easy to fit within our Shopify theme. Integration with our email client was also fairly straightforward. Matt gave a great demo and followed-up as I was onboarding and setting up the app. Any questions or issues were quickly and effectively addressed by Matt and Josh (of Customer Support). Really happy with Okendo so far!

I'm super happy with Okendo! We switched over from Judge.me and although we liked the previous app, Okendo is far superior. We find the product filtering based on age and size range to be super helpful for our products. We are getting so many amazing reviews and UGC with Okendo now. Highly recommend!

We've recently started using Okendo after transitioning from Yotpo. Okendo's feature set is far more impressive than Yotpo's, while simultaneously being the more cost effective solution. Another bonus? The Okendo team has been incredibly attentive and helpful during setup and configuration!

The app is fairly straightforward and easy to use however when there is an issue the support team is super responsive and helps fix any issues very quickly.

October 2022 - highly recommend this app for any business serious about collecting reviews. the platform allows for a consistent look and feel and has superior functionality to some of the other review apps we have used in the past. August 2024 Update - we are still with Okendo and love their products! We are using almost every product they have to keep growing our business and staying connected to our customers. 10/10 great platform and their success team always makes sure we have what we need.

We were looking to migrate our reviews platform from our previous solution and while there were many great options out there, Okendo won hands down. The entire team has been kind and helpful through the whole process and when we had to shorten our timeline to get a quicker turnaround (for a big upcoming marketing moment), they were totally understanding and helped make it happen! So far so good! The onboarding team did a great job at helping us seamlessly move over from a different platform. We were able to get our site looking the way we wanted with our reviews and the team was extremely efficient at getting this done for us!

Their customer service is unmatched, not to mention the high quality of the app and the ability to integrate the review ask into Klaviyo flows. By far, the best reviews app we have used - and much less expensive than Yotpo (for a better user experience). 10./10
