Fast response, especially if you contact your contact person. It looks good and the interface for managing reviews is faster than Stamped for example.

We love working with Okendo! The onboarding process was smooth, all team members have been super attentive and helpful and the Klaviyo integration is great. Absolutely love this app! After doing countless demo's I decided to go with Okendo and it was the best decision. The app has all the features you need and they are all designed to improve customer experience, drive engagement, and in turn increase revenue. The support is 10/10. Every Shopify App should learn from them. I had zero issues with setup, they even offered to do some of the work for me and had the app customized for my brand on the first walkthru. And the best part is we saw results within hours of launching the app as several customers asked questions on our products and now everyone else can view those responses as well.

Been using Okendo for probably 5 years now which was an upgrade from Yopto. The custom side on the back end is sweet, and their customer service at the beginning and years later is still top notch.

Great app that has a lot of potential to drive quality reviews as well as third party data. The top tier (for Klaviyo integration) is quite pricey so if you want to utilise this feature then you would have to be sure that your stores' turnover can justify it, as well as paying for Klaviyo itself. The support staff are super helpful and assist when needed. The app runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile. We would 100% recommend Okendo to anyone looking to scale their Shopify store / brand.

Okendo is the way to go for customer reviews as nearly every thing is customizable and the attribute ratings are super powerful. Terrific customer service and very easy to implement. Cannot recommend strongly enough.
