Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We recently launched Okendo Reviews and FK Loyalty, and the experience has been excellent. The platform is powerful and flexible, especially for grouping products by style, collecting attribute-based reviews like quality, sizing, and design, and building a loyalty program that aligns with our brand and customer experience. Okendo is amazing -- exactly what we were searching for in a review plug-in. The admin site is very easy to navigate, and the customer service team is top notch and always so helpful with any questions that we have. Special shout out to Paulo who has been awesome to work with. We also love how the product looks to the end user and we love that we can customize it with our color profile. All in all an amazing product! Highly recommend!

What really sets Okendo apart, though, is the team. They’re consistently proactive about recommending new ways to better leverage the platform, not just answering questions when something breaks. Roy, Chase and Milagros have been especially fantastic partners—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly invested in helping us get the most value out of the product. Maybe the best platform we use in our stack. Reviews, Quizzes, Loyalty all work well, integrate easily and are a great value for the platform. My #1 recommended app.

She was so helpful and got straight to the point in regard to what she thought our company could change to get the most out of our contract with Okendo (Reviews, Loyalty, and Referrals). It is great to have a supportive customer support team who is knowledgeable and helpful. We've used Okendo for about 7 months and have just recently been able to see all the features that they have that help provide customers the best rewards experience. The support from their tech team from onboarding to handling small issues that come up from time to time has also been seamless.
