Love the integration with Postscript and Klaviyo. Being able to A/B test and use metrics on our own platforms is a huge plus over other alternatives. We're also stoked that through Okendo we discovered Rise.Ai for loyalty!

We upgraded to the Power plan to be able to have all of our reviews customized with our website and it was one of the best decisions! Amanda and the team have been so responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Okendo is very easy to use and would definitely recommend!!

The on-boarding experience was very smooth with structured interactions to begin with to understand the requirements, continuous updates during the implementation and quick responses to support questions during the launch time. The app's UI is clutter-free and very easy to comprehend and use. We would strongly recommend using Okendo's review pp with Shopify stores.

We recently switched from another app and the process was seamless. The Okendo team couldn't have done more to go out of their way to make the transition smooth and painless. We were up and running in about a week, and in the first 10 days, we have increased the number of reviews on our platform 5x. The capabilities of Okendo are truly first class and we are absolutely rocking now. I love the integration with Klaviyo and how we now have replicated Amazon style reviews and ratings. Best decision we've made this year!

We've had a great experience with Okendo so far. The price is really approachable for a team wanting to get into the review world. The features provided are what would be expected in a good entry level review platform but will satisfy the needs of both small and larger businesses. The team has been incredibly responsive on setting up and migrating reviews and is open to requests for improvements and enhancements. Looking forward to watching Okendo grow over the coming years!

We're loving how Okendo makes the process of collecting user reviews so easy and how it all blends so seamlessly into our storefront. Having a dedicated account manager like Margaux helping us along the way has been absolutely instrumental to setting us up for success! Highly recommend!

AMAZING! I love this app so much. It allows customers to leave super detailed reviews, plus the added feature to add photographs to their reviews. The team have been helpful with rolling out a few changes over the last few months. Highly recommend.
