We recently switched from another app and the process was seamless. The Okendo team couldn't have done more to go out of their way to make the transition smooth and painless. We were up and running in about a week, and in the first 10 days, we have increased the number of reviews on our platform 5x. The capabilities of Okendo are truly first class and we are absolutely rocking now. I love the integration with Klaviyo and how we now have replicated Amazon style reviews and ratings. Best decision we've made this year!

This app was very easy to setup and automate with our Klaviyo flows with the helpful guidance of our onboarding manager, Allison, from Okendo. Allison was very quick to respond to our questions and help us out. We are very excited to start using Okendo and watch the raving reviews start to pour in.

We've had a great experience with Okendo so far. The price is really approachable for a team wanting to get into the review world. The features provided are what would be expected in a good entry level review platform but will satisfy the needs of both small and larger businesses. The team has been incredibly responsive on setting up and migrating reviews and is open to requests for improvements and enhancements. Looking forward to watching Okendo grow over the coming years!

I have been working in E-Commerce for more than 2 decades and in my experience review platforms have been rather weak when it comes to customer service. This is my first time using Okendo and they have been great. Laura has gone beyond what I would expect from a vendor.

AMAZING! I love this app so much. It allows customers to leave super detailed reviews, plus the added feature to add photographs to their reviews. The team have been helpful with rolling out a few changes over the last few months. Highly recommend.
