This app was very easy to setup and automate with our Klaviyo flows with the helpful guidance of our onboarding manager, Allison, from Okendo. Allison was very quick to respond to our questions and help us out. We are very excited to start using Okendo and watch the raving reviews start to pour in.

We've had a great experience with Okendo so far. The price is really approachable for a team wanting to get into the review world. The features provided are what would be expected in a good entry level review platform but will satisfy the needs of both small and larger businesses. The team has been incredibly responsive on setting up and migrating reviews and is open to requests for improvements and enhancements. Looking forward to watching Okendo grow over the coming years!

I have been working in E-Commerce for more than 2 decades and in my experience review platforms have been rather weak when it comes to customer service. This is my first time using Okendo and they have been great. Laura has gone beyond what I would expect from a vendor.

We're loving how Okendo makes the process of collecting user reviews so easy and how it all blends so seamlessly into our storefront. Having a dedicated account manager like Margaux helping us along the way has been absolutely instrumental to setting us up for success! Highly recommend!

AMAZING! I love this app so much. It allows customers to leave super detailed reviews, plus the added feature to add photographs to their reviews. The team have been helpful with rolling out a few changes over the last few months. Highly recommend.

This app is great so far - but the onboarding process was a dream! Definitely see why they have such great ratings. Excited to see more customers write reviews! Had another call with them, and Laura Gomez was such a help! Really enjoy working with this company.

Scott & the APAC team had looked after us from day 1 as a Shopify Plus merchant. We felt well looked after and they responded to any questions we had very quickly.
