We are collecting valuable feedback with our customers through the Okendo reviews app. The layout is perfect and we love the ability to publicly reply to reviews and questions. We cannot wait to be able to filter by user attributes.

Okendo is fantastic. Moving to Okendo from our previous review platform was a great decision. For the same rate we now get unlimited reviews, a much more flexible display and amazing customer service. Can't fault it.

I've used Okendo for several Shopify businesses, and they are far friendlier and easier to work with and integrate than other competitors. They give white glove service and incredible support at a fraction of the cost of others. Most importantly, our customers really enjoy the journeys and ability to share feedback through the clean, simple and well designed UX.

The 5-star reviews speak for themselves with Okendo - it's got great functionality, an easy-to-use interface, and they're always an incredibly helpful team to deal with. Scott has been fantastic in implementing new design customisations and providing ongoing support so that reviews flow seamlessly across our 4 sites.

We were referred to this app when looking to increase our brand trust. After an onboarding call we were quickly set up and live on Okendo. We were working with installing a couple of integrated apps at the same time, and Scott at Okendo was an absolute pleasure to work with and assisted in making sure our Okendo installation and integration with the other apps was a breeze. The reviews quickly flowed in across our 5 ecommerce stores. Highly recommend.

Since adding in Okendo, we have doubled our reviews, synced all our reviews together and created a stronger online presence. With the added features of combining all reviews of one product, we are converting better on our store and educating customers. We HIGHLY recommend them!

It was a great pleasure working with Amanda! Our integration is more complex as we have several stores, but she makes everything so smooth for us. Despite the time difference, between her team in Australia and us in the UK, she handled the communication very well. Without missing a beat, we were able to meet the project deadline! After the launch, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure the Okendo star rating synch up with Google Shopping, and gave us detailed guidance on how to do it. We wouldn't have done this without her and her supporting teams. We highly recommend Amanda and Okendo. Now our wishlist for Okendo is to be able to synch with Google search result too (in additional to the said Google shopping module). Thanks again Amanda for your stellar guidance!

We vetted a handful of different platforms before going with Okendo, and we don't regret it! Their customer support has been nothing but incredible - they're responsive, thorough and incredibly professional and helpful. Okendo is cost effective and highly customizable. I can't recommend it enough!

I cannot recommend Okendo enough. The platform is easy to integrate, the support team are amazing and have worked with us to get our design on point. Within days we have been receiving so many great product reviews, it's so exciting. Quick, easy, amazing support and a solid platform!

This is now the second business I've set up with Okendo and I can't be happier ...again! the setup process is so easy with the Okendo team, they handle everything, all I had to do was approve designs.

Super happy that we made the switch from Yotpo to Okendo. Scott and the team there made the migration super simple. We got everything up and running in less than a week. So far, we're getting more reviews and more UGC. Okendo is a superior product.

I wish we had installed Okendo sooner! Their team was incredibly helpful at every step of the process, and has been responsive + quick to answer any ongoing questions. I love the way the reviews feed looks on our site, and the integration couldn't have been easier. This is the best Reviews platform out there by far!

We've been using Okendo for just over a month now and seen a great uplift in reviews being left on the site. The team has been really helpful in setting everything up and matched the design to our site perfectly. Highly recommend.
