Okendo "just works". It was cheaper and less bloated than all the competitors. All the product pages have shining reviews with product photos and videos. We love it!

Very easy, yet effective review app with outstanding customer service (compared to lots of other competitors!). We've been working with Okendo since almost 2 years and I can vouch for the team jumping on every support request within a heart beat. The app is very simple to implement and is an absolute non-brainer for improving your social proof. Very easy for customers to use as well, we love especially that we can integrate our loyalty system to incentivise customers for reviewing. 11/10 recommend!

This is such an fantastic app for reviews. It provides great integration and the option for adding attributes to get customer to rate the product on features. Plus the extra feature of encouraging customers to add a photo adds so much more credibility to the customer's review.

We were a Yotpo customer previously and the transition was amazingly simple. We not only are saving a lot of money, the platform UX is much more palatable for our team and the front-end UI for the customer is great. I would highly recommend Okendo.

Absolutely loving Okendo! We moved over from another platform..and the support was great. Scott helped us the whole way through and did the migration and setup for us and the transition was flawless. So far loving the app and its ease of use! The email templates look great and aren't tacky..highly recommend!

Great app! Okendo has helped us generate thousands of reviews with the attributes required from customers. Very easy to navigate and work in the back end from grouping products, emails, Q+A and more. Okendo syncs into our customer service app also, which is super useful. Scott and the team at Okendo are very responsive and have helped us through the dev process (and after with fine tunes), to achieve the layout and experience we require. I always recommended Okendo to friends.

The app is amazing, we switched from Yotpo to Okendo and the transition was so smooth and effortless! Scott from Okendo made sure onboarding was a breeze and we were up and running so fast. They are so helpful and quick to reply. Our new designs are beautiful and align with our brand perfectly. I would recommend Scott and Okendo to anyone looking to change or add a review platform to their store.

From excellent customer service, frequent updates and an easy to use interface, Okendo does it all. I am beyond happy with this platform and would highly recommend. As we used the app in a different way compared to the traditional implementation, the team jumped in to help customise the platform to best suit our needs. They’ve patiently answered every single question I’ve had, and fielded all my feature requests. Their pricing is competitive and it’s only a matter of time before they build out more features to offer even more value than they do now.

I couldn't rate the customer service higher for Okendo. If I could give it 6 out of 5 I would. They helped us pick the best features for our needs, showed us how to import reviews from a previous provider and had us up and running in no time. The hold up was our end. If only everything else was this simple in eCommerce!
