We were referred to this app when looking to increase our brand trust. After an onboarding call we were quickly set up and live on Okendo. We were working with installing a couple of integrated apps at the same time, and Scott at Okendo was an absolute pleasure to work with and assisted in making sure our Okendo installation and integration with the other apps was a breeze. It was a great pleasure working with Amanda! Our integration is more complex as we have several stores, but she makes everything so smooth for us. Despite the time difference, between her team in Australia and us in the UK, she handled the communication very well. Without missing a beat, we were able to meet the project deadline! After the launch, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure the Okendo star rating synch up with Google Shopping, and gave us detailed guidance on how to do it. We wouldn't have done this without her and her supporting teams. We highly recommend Amanda and Okendo. We vetted a handful of different platforms before going with Okendo, and we don't regret it! Their customer support has been nothing but incredible - they're responsive, thorough and incredibly professional and helpful. Okendo is cost effective and highly customizable. I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing reviews app. The UI is way better then competitors, and we are getting more reviews with more UGC since we switched to Okendo. Also, the pricing is way better for scaling then what we used before. Also, the support team is amazing, and the set up was super easy. If you aren't using Okendo yet, it is a no brainer, get it.
