Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We had been thinking about this for some time, knowing how valuable reviews are in retail. We were looking for a solid app that'd be easy to set up and low maintenance. Okendo does just that. Scott was amazingly helpful and the app is simple to set up, configure, make changes and just use in general. The Q&A feature is a bonus! We love it!

We use this app for load verified buyer reviews onto our Shopify site and to load reviews onto our Google Shopping pages, and, so much more. We switched from a competitor and really, can't say enough great things about this company. The customer service has been solid and spot on, down to helping us design our widgets for incorporating reviews. I would highly recommend Okendo to anyone using Shopify who wants a high powered, quality controlled, productive app for reviews.

We were looking for a new platform and this app combined several of the things we wanted: a solid review system that displays nicely, supports video and photo reviews, product FAQ, and sliding scale product attributes. It's a tall order to ask any single system to cover all of these nicely, let alone at a reasonable price. We love that all of these are just part of the Okendo system and all integrate so cleanly. There were several other features that we only discovered as we worked through installation, like detailed email flows, Klaviyo integration, and customer attributes. All valuable additions that are just gravy on top of an already excellent system. And finally, what might be the most important part of any service: the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Integration was excellent and they were always available to help with questions and concerns. I wish every Shopify app had this level of support and dedication. A+ all around, and for a MUCH better price than other well known review platforms.

I cannot recommend Okendo highly enough! Whatever Review Application you are currently using, I would recommend you to switch right now! You will not be disappointed! We were using Yotpo for 3 years and were recommended Okendo from a Shopify Plus Member. From the first moment of first contact I have been absolutely impressed by their service of excellence in customer service, knowledge and value-adding application. 1. Amazing Customer Service! 2. Okendo handled the entire transition for Reviews across 7 Shopify stores along wth syndication. A process that took Yotpo 7 months with constant chasing up and lack of communication, took Okendo 24 hours. Okendo is half the price of Yotpo. And it is billed monthly. Thank you! Okendo has been one of the best experiences working with Shopify App developers so far! The entire process from first contact to merging our reviews from the old review app to modifying details in our setup was top-notch and did not leave any room for complaints whatsoever. We were introduced to the product in an extended video session with discussing our personal setting and evaluation of how to best use Okendo in our specific given scenario. After that, the customer service team merged all of our old reviews into Okendo - more or less instantly. After configuring the basic options, we had tons of questions and modification requests, which were handled immediately and professionally, with extreme patience and friendliness. Not only does the Okendo widget look great on our website - the back end interface does not leave any open questions either: it's intuitive, easy to use, almost self-explanatory by still maintaining all necessary options and details to configure all reviews in regards to your personal needs. All in all we highly recommend giving Okendo a try if you want to scale your review section to levels you might not even have thought about before; you will certainly not be disappointed! For our site, Okendo was an absolute game changer!

Okendo is the best review generator service on the market. The customer support is great, Okendo will assure you are set up correctly and guide you through anything you are stuck on or have questions on- which won't be a lot as the platform is super easy to use. The reviews themselves are really thorough and helpful for customers. Okendo integrates very well on the landing page and in each product page. Your reviews are also synced to google shopping which is a big deal in today's e-commerce driven world. We came from yotpo and even though yotpo was good, Okendo is definitely next level at a cheaper price.

Amazing review app. We used to be using Yotpo on a dormant plan, scoped our options and switched over to Okendo. They're amazing value and the app has extensive functionality. We've had several correspondences with Matt and the team about issues which have arisen and invariably received super quick, detailed responses helping us resolve them. Fantastic app and service.

After conducting due diligence on all the major review sites, we finally stumbled upon Okendo and could not be happier. You're never going to get this combination of service, quality, and price anywhere else! Matt and the rest of the Okendo team was super responsive and helpful in getting us set up with a custom review page. Would recommend to anyone.

We used an established Shopify Review Platform for about 12 months before trying Okendo. Then we were forced to upgrade our version to include customer photo reviews which increased the price of the competitor platform exponentially. The feature upgrade was not seamless and I was very disappointed with their (YotPo's) new pricing and we were not really developing a great review platform as we desired and were ready to go back to standard Shopify reviews. The move to Okendo has been fantastic. Their integration with Shopify is seamless, the ease to install and configure the review system and most importantly price cannot be matched. The ability to configure reviews specifically to suit our business has been fantastic and a real differentiator vs. our competitors (until they started using same and copied!!). We have Okendo integrated with Smile.IO (our loyalty program) - and this has smoothed how we reward our customers for reviews. Overall it is has been running for years now without a problem, support is quick and they are always evolving. Importantly, we have not experienced a price gauge from Okendo and they have for most part our original pricing & features which is admirable. We are about to integrate with Omnisend - will see how this goes but hoping it adds even more value.

We've installed and uninstalled many apps over the years but this one has by far blown us away with the ease of install, excellent support and the attention they pay to the look of their product! I don't know how to say this nicely, so I'll just say it - Most apps install ugly. Our designer has to spend a lot of time making them look like they belong on our site. This app - we changed the size of the stars with the click of the button, reworded our email and we were done! Our designer didn't have to do anything. We are still amazed at this. Matt and his team is very attentive, easy to work with and I can't recommend them enough!

If you are after a powerful and easy to use review app, I cannot recommend Okendo enough! Matt, Veomany and the team are super helpful with integration and on boarding support and the app has a good balance between allowing you to make the changes you need to without being a huge customisable mess. From a customer point of view it is very neat and easy to use and we are seeing a huge uptake in reviews.

Okendo has excellent customer support and the UI for both customers and admin are very clean. It also loads faster than any other review app I tried. There is no delay for the widgets to appear... something I find quite annoying with other apps. 10/10.

This app and these guys deserve 100 Stars. The setup was smooth, easy and super fast. Matt was incredibly helpful and provided valuable advise. I was a long time user of Yotpo and they did all the migration for me. I find the price of the Power Plan very reasonable considering how much value this app adds. I couldn't ask for more! I wholeheartedly recommend this app to anyone serious about e-commerce. If you're deciding between Okendo and Yotpo, let me tell you Okendo is simply better... value, service, ease of use, features and, most importantly, the people behind the app are just amazing.

This app has it all - don't waste time fiddling around with any other reviews app! It allows you to make your store's revies look professional and high-end without spending as much money as the Yotpo app. Plus, the support team is super fast and responsive!!

Okendo is great! Excellent app, great team. They are really responsive and helpful. The reviews app is easy to use and offers many features such as email followup, coupon incentives and photo sharing that you need on a modern shop. I've been using Okendo for over a year and will continue to do so.
