Okendo is easy to use, and their support is great. Amanda has been very helpful in making tweaks to the app over the course of years to improve the functionality on my store. I'd highly recommend Okendo to anyone!

We are using Okendo for reviews, loyalty, and referrals. The platform itself is intuitive, customizable, and built to grow with us. Plus, it's eliminated the need for three separate apps and given us a unified view of our customer engagement. The onboarding and support team (particularly Meriem and Amanda) has been outstanding — responsive, strategic, and invested in our success. Couldn't ask for a better partner.

We've been using Okendo for a few years now. Reviews display great on desktop and mobile and we like the customizations we can make to the design. Laura has been incredibly helpful and attentive to our account. She is always willing to answer our questions and goes the extra mile to ensure she is giving us the best advice and guidance. Very happy with the support and services!

I’ve had such a great experience working with Okendo, specifically Laura! Their customer service is second to none. As a new business owner, I’ve been navigating a lot for the first time, and Laura went above and beyond to support me. Instead of simply sending over instructions, she personally took the time to step in and resolve an issue I was having with my account. It saved me a ton of time and stress, and I really appreciated how kind, efficient, and proactive she was throughout the process. It’s rare to get that level of hands-on support these days — thank you, Laura! Thank you Okendo!

Okendo promised a whiteglove onboarding, and they did NOT disappoint. Made things so easy for us to transfer from another app, and our first couple of months have been very smooth.

We’ve been using Okendo for over 4 years and highly recommend it. The user experience on our site is seamless, and it’s incredibly easy for our team to manage on the backend. The integrations with Klaviyo and Shopify are smooth and reliable. We receive a high volume of photo reviews, which has been powerful for conversion. Okendo also continues to improve their platform with regular updates and new features that keep getting better.

I really love the app—especially the attributes you can add to the review tabs, which give customers helpful buying information. The quiz AI is also impressive, though I'm still testing it. Customer support has been amazing. Kenn went above and beyond to help me - which I rarely see in customer support nowadays, and Juan responded quickly and made me feel very welcome. Even minor questions were answered with care and enthusiasm. Big thanks to both! One suggestion: while it’s great that there's a generous free version for small businesses, I wish some basic features—like removing branding or adding a simple survey or quiz—were available at a lower-tier price. I'd be willing to pay more than I do now, but the pricing jump is too steep. You might be missing out on customers like me who would upgrade with smaller, more accessible steps.

Been using Okendo for a while now. Great on-site integrations, displays great on desktop and mobile, love their third party integrations, too. Makes it easy to publish your reviews on other platforms. Plus, their account reps are great, Laura, specifically was super helpful with checking in and optimizing our account to make sure we're getting the most value out of our plan.

I already have a similar app, but one of my suppliers sent me a review request and I thought it was better than the experience for my current review app so I thought I would trial it. I needed assistance with one issue and Josh provided super prompt and friendly assistance (he did it for me), so initial thoughts are I will give it a good few months before uninstalling my previous app (disabled) but first impressions are great, and the review features on the site look great and already have received some review responses :-)

We had a shipping snafu and had to un-fulfill / cancel / re-fulfill a bunch of orders, and that made them ineligible for the sequence, because I forgot to hit "start" exactly on time. Oops. Jay at Okendo helped me understand what happened, and then did a quick and easy courtesy manual send to the few customers who missed the review request emails. Had a good interaction with the onboarding specialist too.
