Migrating onto Okendo for Product Reviews was pretty much a breeze, with some very helpful assists from the Onboarding team (shoutout Karen)! It's also been great working with Okendo to put together a Product Reviews plan that works for our business, with features we need, when we need them. Love this flexibility!

We just launched our website and are very green when it comes to website development. We really needed reviews set up quickly, but had no idea what to do. The Okendo website was helpful. But we needed more assistance. Paulo was so very helpful and patient with all of our questions. He had great instructions and was great with our follow up questions as well. Very quickly we were set up and ready to go!

Okendo has been crucial in helping to grow our brand's reputation and better understand our customers. Working with the team through set up and implementation was extremely helpful and the user interface is easy to edit based on our changing needs. I recently made the switch to Okendo and couldn't be happier, the ease of use, UI/UX are incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, especially compared to some of the other platforms I've worked with. We've onboarded with Okendo in the last six months and have been super impressed by the ease of the platform and consistent support we get from their team--shoutout Laura Ann! Okendo’s support team has been amazing! They helped me get set up, gave great tips to boost conversions, and still have my back. The platform connects all my channels...website, Meta, Google, email, and TikTok so I never miss a review or referral. We truly couldn’t speak more highly of Okendo. We currently use their reviews and loyalty programs, and have recently added quizzes, and the entire experience has been seamless. The setup and customisation process is incredibly easy, and the support from the Okendo team has been great. They're responsive, solution-focused, and always happy to jump on a call to help. Solid tool for reviews, surveys, quizzes and more. Okendo has been a great partner as we've scaled our online business and built out feedback loop to help with continuous improvement. Incredible customer support and personalized attention. The platform itself is top notch however the support that is offered at every step or every implementation is best-in-class. I am not the most techy so all these new platforms can be daunting. I find the Okendo app mostly user friendly--but any time I get stuck, the customer service team works very hard to fix the issue or help me move things forward. They are quick, easy and fun to work with.

Aside from Henry not knowing my correct zodiac sign (he guessed I was a Cancer, but I'm a Leo), he was everything you'd wish for in an Customer Success Specialist! He outlined clear step by step instructions about how to implement the NPS survey. Looking forward to our next steps and completing this task.
