We’ve been using Okendo for a few years now and it’s been fantastic. Super easy to set up and use, and it looks great on our site without needing a lot of work. I love how flexible the templates are and how well it connects with Klaviyo, which makes automating reviews and emails so smooth. The support team is also really helpful and quick to respond whenever we need a hand. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable reviews app that just works.

We have been using Okendo for a while for our reviews, and we transitioned our loyalty program over to Okendo a few months ago. Both programs are easy to set up & navigate. Our Account Manager is always helpful, and their chat feature in platform is helpful for smaller questions.

We've been using Okendo for over a year for reviews and post-purchase surveys. It's user-friendly for merchants. The templates are clean, functional, and customizable, which I love. Our account manager is always supportive, and the integration with Klaviyo enhances email functionality. I'd give it a 10 out of 10.

Our company has used Okendo for years but we recently re-downloaded it onto our new shopify store and the onboarding team (shoutout Karen and Sam) was INCREDIBLY amazing. Helped me walk through all the steps and get things built and sorted for our store just 2 weeks before the start of November - the busiest time of the year. We can't recommend this app more and the service team is amazing!

We recently switched from Yotpo to Okendo this past March, and the difference has been noticeable across the board. The user interface is cleaner and much easier for our team to manage, and the reviews display beautifully on-site — which has definitely supported our conversion. I also want to shout out Laura, our rep. She has been incredibly insightful and proactive, always following up with recommendations, making sure we’re using the platform to its fullest, and helping us optimize for the best results. Overall, we’ve seen positive impact from the switch, both in functionality and performance, and it’s been more cost-effective for us as well. Highly recommend.

This app is incredible! And the support is amazing and fast and actually super helpful (unlike some other apps)! For us there's been a bit of a learning curve to get loyalty points in place but support has helped so much it's making it easier. It's great to have reviews, loyalty, surveys, and quizzes, all in one place. Definitely would recommend Okendo. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they definitely deliver!
