I was very pleased with the customer service I received today with a live human! Dilara was awesome and provide clear instructions with screenshot to support. She responded quickly as I am sure she was managing multiple tickets. She got me fixed up and back going to running my business, and I appreciate that.

I can not thank this company and Baka enough. I have been trying for weeks to create my own segment through Shopify email, with no success. Within 60 minutes, Baka has helped me rectify this and i am now ready to create a successful campaign. Thank you.

Omnisend had been recommended to me as an easy to use alternative to other email marketing platforms, and I've been finding it excellent for my needs so far. I love how easy it is to build your emails with simple templates, and an easy to use drag and drop interface. Great customer service too - I needed help connecting my domain to my sender email which I was finding quite confusing, but the advisor Mariia helped me step by step. Would highly recommend.

Perfect app for email marketing. All you need and more. Even offers forms (pop-ups). Newbie friendly, very easy to use. Support is very friendly and helped me in no time. Definitely recommend.

Nice templates, but emails usually go to spam. I'm in IT and know how to configure DNS records and understand what goes into email deliverability. Pop-up forms also sometimes freeze, especially on Safari. Only way to fix it is to refresh the page and then x it out. That can be a lost sale. Computer Specs: AMD 3700x 8 core processor, 32 GB of RAM, and AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB GPU Phone specs: iPhone 14 Pro Tried Klaviyo and everything worked the first day.

THIS APP ALWAYS CHARGE EXTRA MONEY WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION .We are charged additional $69 on Oct 26th except for the $183 monthly billing ,and they told us to give us 180000 credit ,we actually use 18282. TOO EXPENSIVE .NEVER USE THIS COMPANY .

As with most email marketing platforms, Omnisend’s pricing is based on the number of contacts (subscribers and non-subscribers, we do not charge for unsubscribers), meaning higher contact lists or additionally purchased email credits can lead to added costs. When your account exceeded the included email credits, additional credits were offered and purchased from your side to allow you to continue sending email campaigns, resulting in the $69 charge on October 26th. This charge was solely for the extra credits used beyond your regular monthly allocation. Our senior support specialist has reviewed each past invoice with you in detail to ensure clarity on your billing history and the options available to optimize your plan. We genuinely appreciate the chance to work with you on finding a solution that better aligns with your needs moving forward. The way i was helped by Maria to set up automated welcoming mail and DNS settings in my shopify was incredible! step by step and patiently I was helped through the whole process. This app has amazing feautures and I'm so ready to use and discover them all ! big ups to Omnisend and MARIA !

Moved to this from shopify email. Its amazing platform with its own features and mess. However, its customer support is amazing man! They're always ready to help you out. Recently, I had an issue with the domain related things and this agent Maria helped me out in a few minutes. She was outstanding, smart, and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to this platform.
