Suberb,half cost and suprass, Klayvio in user friendlyness, onboarding technical/customer service. Also push notification is an extra bonus.

So far so good! Always able to get help when I need it. The AI can help me set up most things. And if I get stuck there is always a human available to fix any problems.

We’ve been with Omnisend for over five years now, and honestly, it’s become such a core part of how we grow. Every time I reach out to support, I feel genuinely taken care of. Karen, Mathias, and the whole team make my job feel lighter - they’re quick, thoughtful, and always full of ideas that help our growth bloom even more. I’ve tried plenty of email platforms over the years, and Omnisend is the one that lets me breathe a little easier. UPDATE: While I appreciate that they ultimately refunded my subscription after deleting the app, they did so because of my negative review. I liked the previous app for my SMS correspondence. I found this one hard to navigate and too many hidden costs. It just wasn't for me, you may have a different experience. Very disappointed and feels scammy. After deleting the app, the monthly sms subscription is still active, so be sure to go to your store settings and cancel that subscription. I learned this the hard way and support was not helpful.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have felt, especially if you assumed that uninstalling the app would automatically stop all charges. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. To clarify, SMS subscriptions are fully managed on the customer side and do not cancel automatically when the app is uninstalled. This is why the charges continued, the SMS plan remained active inside your Omnisend account until manually cancelled. Regarding your interaction with our support team, we did provide clarification on how SMS billing works and the steps needed to cancel the subscription. That said, we’re sorry if this wasn’t as clear or helpful as it should have been. Our team will contact you shortly to revisit the matter and offer further guidance where needed.

If I could give them no stars I would. Was charged for 3 months on November 5th, 2025, come December 3rd--I cannot send any emails due to an undisclosed error (saving failed, try again). Contacted Omnisend and was gaslit that it was somehow my fault even with trying on two different laptops, three different browsers, and two mobile phones that were not connected to the same wifi network. Support refuses to refund me even though their policy states they will "consider a refund" under specific circumstances: "A customer cannot use the features over the period they have paid for due to a system malfunction and unexpected issues caused by it.". I paid for three months and used less than one. I'm still being charged for the other two months even with uninstalling and closing my account with this company due to this negligent behavior on their part. Don't be me, find a better company to use to manage your email list!

Misleading information to get you upgrading to pro plan! Upon signing up, I was shown the information on their website that I would be getting 6,090 monthly sms with the pro plan. So I signed up to the pro plan (which I also took a screenshot of this information shown on my computer and have proof of this). I, then, sent my first sms campaign to 1,161 contacts and their website showed that my sms credit was already almost used up! I contacted support and was told that the original message with 6,090 monthly sms shown to me was just an estimate though this *estimate* part was never shown or included in their information when I signed up. I'm truly disappointed and feel like I was scammed to use their pro plan.

When you upgrade to the Pro plan, you receive monthly SMS credits equal to the price of your plan. The number of SMS messages shown during signup is always an estimate because actual SMS costs vary by country and by message length. This means the system can’t display a guaranteed fixed number, only an approximate value. In your case, you did receive your full monthly SMS allowance. The credits were used more quickly because SMS messages sent to the UK are more expensive compared to the U.S. rate used for estimation, which reduces the total number of messages that can be sent with the same credit amount. To help clarify this during signup, the plan page includes an information (“i”) icon next to the estimate, noting that the actual number of SMS may differ based on recipient country pricing. Still, we understand how this could have been confusing, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will be using your feedback to improve the clarity of our signup process — especially around how SMS estimates are communicated — to ensure this information is even clearer for future users.
