Terrible customer service and features that aren't on par with their competitors. For example, you can't segment based on opens of an email automation, only based on email campaigns. Really big pain if you are trying to be super targeted! Customer service almost never has a response other than, "I'll suggest that to our developers" and rarely has a good work around for the lack of features. Not worth paying for. I'm switching to another provider as soon as I can.

So far we're really impressed with the ease and coolness of this app. From the automation set up to the variety of templates. We've long been mailchimpers and this is far better. Less clunky, really sleek and smooth to use. So easy anybody can do it... but do it really really well like they totally know what they're doing. Really we're all just winging it. But this app makes you look like you're in total control and are a total marketing marketeer. Big love to omnisend. The Luxe Co team

Careful when useing Omnisend Facebook Custom Audiences !!! Somehow the connection betwen Omnisend and your Facebook Ads Account suddently gets deleted every few weeks. Like this you will end up with facebook eating up your daily budget for some advertising campaigns not targeting the audiences you created via Omnisend. You will not notice that the integration is not working and you don't get any notification about this error. Imagine how much money you can waste if you don't notice this. It happened now for more than 3 times over the last few months. Also every time this conection gets deleted you will need to recreate your facebook audiences which is also time consumeing. I wrote Omnisend 3 times about this and still no fix !

I use this app for all my email marketing. Super easy to import contacts from Mailchimp. I've set up a couple automations, and I just set up my first campaign. I like that it's so easy to add featured products into marketing emails. I've also contacted customer service a couple times, and they have helped me out as well. Superb!

Omnisend integrates with Shopify so easily, and it's super intuitive to use to customize forms, automations and campaigns to match all of my brand elements.

This app has some great features & is easy to navigate. I've used to it help launch my welcome emails, and I've had no issues with it at all.

I just sent my first e-mail and I am super stoked about how user friendly this platform is. I want to use a tool that integrates with shopify so that triggered email can be sent based upon activity in my store. That is why I chose this platform, but I am shocked at how easy and awesome it is!!!

I have a small business. I tried another platform prior to Omnisend and it wasn't user friendly at all and the customer service just wasn't there. I researched and compared companies on the Shopify app store and Omnisend looked like a fit for me and it had a free trial. Was I frustrated setting everything up? Yes! Was customer service there for me? OMG! Every step of the way!!! I have never experienced such attentive customer service. So far things are going well and I know with this new partnership the sky is the limit!

The Omnisend support team was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was coming from Klaviyo and Mailchimp, which are both good services and I have no complaints. Klaviyo offered services beyond my need and was appropriately priced beyond my need for sending out a newsletter to subscribers a few times per year. Mailchimp was great as well, just no longer compatible with Shopify. The Omnisend setup took longer than expected because they have a slightly different approach than Klaviyo and Mailchimp, so be sure to plan for 24-48 hours for setup to be complete. All and all, Omnisend has provided excellent support and service, and appears to be the best option for my more basic requirements, plus it has the potential to offer additional services if they are needed in the future.

Great app just testing waters and so far is actually pretty nice! I'm currently testing the workflows!!!!!
