This app has powerful Automation, Audience Segmentation, and reporting tools. I'm glad to switch over to them.

Super friendly to use. I like the simple templates and im super impressed how easy it was to import contacts. It was a breeze compared to my experience with mailchimp which I switched from when they split with shopify.

I am so happy that I tried Omnisend for my email platform. It is user friendly, intuitive, great support using the chat feature and overall has been a joy to use so far!

I was looking for an email platform that helps me automate most of my email task, basically autopilot. I've been using mail chimp for years and wasn't completely happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised when I installed Omnisend to see how feature packed the platform is and how polished the user interface is. It took me no time to recreate a lot of the automations I had and I have new ideas to implement as well. The live view is a nice bonus and does a great job showing me in real time what's going on (things like what item was added to the cart). I had few questions during setup and the staff responded quickly and were super knowledgeable. Can't recommend it enough. I'm using the "standard" tier, the free is plenty good as well. Give it a try!

I've updated my review to 4 stars. After all Omnisend proved that they value every customer and make every effort to find a solution for customer's needs. Despite all the problems we had - they made a lot of effort to fix it. Really appreciated.

The price increase your account has experienced is solely related to the huge increase of your subscriber list - from 2900 subscribers to 22100 subscribers. We truly understand that learning a new tool takes time and we don't want to lose you, so no worries, we will happily find the best solution to meet your needs, our support team is already reaching out to you about this situation. On a quick note, Omnisend has a lot more to offer than Privy, we offer SMS service; advanced automation flows, such as cart, browse and product abandonment, contact enters/exits the segment flow and more; other channels and complex segmentation to target your customers - so a lot more benefits in just one app!

Great e-mail marketing program. The automation are powerful and the multi-channel marketing features are outstanding. The only thing I would like to see that it doesn't have is more CRM features with list segmentation - I'd like to be able to segment based on custom customer profile options. Keep up the awesome work omnisend.

Just started using the app and I have to say it's sleek and simple. Definitely an improvement over MailChimp which I was using before. I appreciate the free option and there are a few things I have to iron out, but so far it's a fantastic free email marketing tool.

Extremely poor customer service. In comparison to other apps on shopify this app is painful to use. Move on from this one.
Sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. Seems like there were some old contact emails on your list that no longer exist, therefore we had to temporarily pause your sending so your sender reputation is not harmed. There is nothing to worry about, as soon as you delete or unsubscribe those old emails, we will resume the sending. You will be able to benefit from the variety of great Omnisend features, such as omnichannel campaigns and automation messages, segmentation and more!

I used the Omnisend app to help me send a notice to my subscribers for launching my new online store. It was easy to create my message from the customizable templates. A wonderful first experience.

Just perfect! Love from Norway. Dont think twice, just download and enjoy email marketing. Omnisend is next level, our company used Mailchimp for 3 years, but Omisend our new mate now.

MAILCHIMP WHO? WOW! Really impressed. installed on our second store thats still growing and im already in love. very easy to use and if help is required there are help links that actually help and are easy to understand. Cant wait to see this app in full action !

Never got it to send, said my list was dirty, but no way to upload my hard bounce list. Looks good, also had an outage so missed a key milestone. Support was poor and they couldn't fix the problem.

I really enjoy this app! There's a lot to learn for a beginner but it is well worth it to take the time and use the features to improve your store. For starters the live view gives insight into what customers are doing on your site right now and I check that out all the time! I love the automation which has helped us improve our conversions a lot!

I used the app for the first time. It was easy to use from the laptop but not from the phone app. Excellent, easier than mailchimp. Although it hasn't quite imported all my subscribers to the app yet. I was able. to promote my products directly from the website effortlessly

Highly recommend this app very easy to use and many different styles to choose from. i like you can use website link to import photos.
