Wish I could say any bad words... but can't. I am pleased and it rarely happens so. Thank you for the support when it was needed.
I have used this app for over a year, paid on time, had no problems using it. But when I mistakenly switched to pricing plan PRO and paid for it, there was no refund or even an explanation. After such disappointment in working with this company, I canceled my subscription. Do not recommend this company !!!

Super happy with the results we've gotten using Omnisend. The support has also been fantastic, whenever we have had a question or needed assistance with anything we've always received a solution quickly. Would definitely recommend.
Omnisend has been fantastic for helping me grow my business, we are still only a small business in the grand scheme of things but every time we send out an email we bring in revenue and omnisend has great analytics to track those sales. They also make it easy to bring in contacts from other sources such as mail chimp which is where we do lead generation. i would 100% recommend this app.
After 1 day of a bug, customer service help me a lot to fix my problem sending emails. They stay with me in all the process, and now its going perfect. Thanks

We've been using Omnisend for a while. The platform itself is always improving. New reports, new segments, new automations workflows. It became the best marketing platform for Shopify.
Clean & easy to use. I am a completely new to running my own website, segmenting audiences, etc.. and Omnisend makes it super easy to send out emails, collect an audience, etc... Best of all, as a new small business owner is downright the best for the value you get.
I use this app to provide a sign-up box on my website, to send email blasts, and to send a sequence of abandoned cart emails. It allows you to segment your audience and even connects to Facebook to create custom audiences/lookalike audiences based on your subscriber list. I haven't had any trouble with the app and cannot recommend it enough. I've been using it for about two years on the paid version (not pro).

Fine app, poor support. Dont wanna help setup their app, so we actually can get the benifits. They refer to some Youtube etc. not a good customer experience. Reply to your reply 11 - May **He didnt help me set things up - I got a lot of links to guides etc. which is fine, but in a smaller business, you dont have time reading all these guides, so I still dont get the effect i wished I would get from Omnisend (But email marketing works, so I give 2 stars instead of my 1 star)

super easy to use and understand and its more affordable than me using mail chimp and sendinblue. I wish I would be able to create a campaign on my phone but other than that i love it.

Absolutely love this App! They are adding new features all the time and the support chat is very responsive and helpful. They have a lot of preset automations and a ton of helpful customer conversion tools. A must-have for any online store. Highly recommend this app!
Update: Customer Service is great. But my review with pricing still stands. This is a great subscription to have for your store. But it comes with a huge price tag. For a small amount of contacts, the price has come to be over $150 USD a month.
