Unfortunately after nearly 2 hours and communicating with their customer service line no one could figure out how to make it work with Shopify. For me Omnisend was a total waste of time and sticking with my Vertical Response platform for all my emailing. Very dissatisfied with Omnisend and sad that even their customer service rep could not figure things out for me.

We love Omnisend! We were using another email marketing program and we were very unhappy with it. We switched to Omnisend and everything is great. It runs smoothly, its fast, and it is super easy to use! Couldn't be happier! Thank You from FITT Professional Weight Loss LLC

I was looking for a simple integrated way to use my Shopify contacts with email marketing. I tried competing products but this is the easiest app I have found for basic small business marketing. Wonderful app and very quick support. I had a question on test emails and was resent a response back in minutes. Papaws Garden Supply

So far so good! Just sent my first campaign after switching from MailChimp. I'm sure it can do more than I was fumbling through with, but, overall it was really to transition! Especially migrating subscribers over! Yay!

Seamless integration and so easy to use. You can be set up with your first campaign in less than 30 min. Love it! Would definitely recommend to others.

I have just started using it. I've just sent one campaign and built one segment. I've got to say though, it's REALLY intuitive and very flexible for designing your email. The reporting, analytics elements look really clear too. Impressed.

Works fine for me! Limited to 2000 emails/daily if you use free plan. Easy to use, imported list from Mail Chimp.

Within 20 minutes I had connected Omnisend to my store and wrote a very professional looking Newsletter using several of the images and information from shopify store itself. A+ for making it effortless.

Used this app to create my black friday marketing email, was really easy to build and get the look i wanted. Cant wait to send more emails using this!

Hey, this is WAY better than Mailchimp. These people will talk to you and it is SOOOOOO MUUUUUCH MORE INTUITIVE! Also not as stuck up as Klavyo. Long live Omnisend! Just started adapting the whole thing but already easier.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!! I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH MAILCHIMP I migrated to this app when they stopped the shopify integration and now SO MANY of my subscribers don't get the emails and these are subscribers who even put our emails in their VIP list. Not only do they not get the emails but they don't even go to their JUNK OR SPAM HORRIBLE AND THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES AND THE SUPPORT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT - DO NOT GET THIS APP - ALSO I ONLY SEND ABOUT 1 EMAIL PER WEEK (not everyday like some websites)

Definite the best email marketing app I ever used, if you need email marketing , just choose this one, no need to waist time on other apps.

Been using this app for a number of years and am very happy with it. Diego helped me understand how to use the automated abandon cart flow, I'm still very pleased with Omnisend. I would agree with others that this app is easy to use and not overly complicated. The response to me my questions are always very quick. I would recommend this app to everyone. I just had more questions about on automated flows and the support I received from Karine, Joy and Diego was top notch.

I just switched over from MailChimp and sent my first campaign using Omnisend. So far its been a smooth transition and easy to use.
