I recently switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend and I'm extremely impressed with how user friendly it is. I've started running email campaigns using their lovely designs. Looking forward to continuing to use Omnisend!

So far I am very pleased with Omnisend. It is very intuitive and easy to use. I love the ability to choose products from my store with the product picker so I can quickly promote them to my customers. The ability to segment customers by previous purchases etc. is also really useful.

Great app! Definitely will keep using for not just my store, but my client's stores as well! Emails are huge but automation is even better! Would recommend this anyone launching a store!

This is got to be probably the world's most limited CRM software I have ever seen. First, they do not have embedded forms, only pop ups and landing pages. Second, you need to use an app called privy to create an embedded form. Third, privy sends your contacts to a list, BUT SINCE THEY DECIDED TO FREAKING REMOVE " LISTS" , YOU CANNOT EVEN CREATE A CUSTOM LIST ANYMORE FOR YOUR CONTACTS! 4TH, they charge exactly like klaviyo for what? what functionality do you guys have that klaviyo does not have? To summarize, they have a good interface design, and THAT IS ALL. I wish I had never made the move from klaviyo to here, its worth sucking up the horrible design interface on klaviyo but at least enjoy all the functionality they have. The limits on this app are embarrassing.

I had an issue with the billing : i have added some subscribers (4500) to test the tool for a campaign and then i didn't deleted it. I was charged 60 usd / month for 3 months before realizing i didn't used the service i was paying for. The customer service helped me delete the old subscribers (that i no longer needed) and refunded me for the 3 months overpaid. The app is good for marketing automation.

I used it to create my first newsletter for my shop it was super easy and I loved how I could easily use my own photos and edit the newsletter to tailor it to my style.

I just used Omnisend to send my first email newsletter! The templates were really intuitive and it took a fraction of the time that I spent trying out other much more complicated marketing software campaigns. So far its a win!

So far so good. Really like the ease of making a new campaign. Very intuitive. Still learning how to make segments and use them but I feel sure they will open up new opportunities for us. The only hiccup I've found so far is in using a new signup form. My hope was that I could use a sign-up form (for an event) to go directly into a particular segment (those people who will be attending the event) but that doesn't seem to be the case. Doesn't seem to work if the person has already signed up for something previously. I used my own email address to try and the new event signup form just said I was already on the list. When I went to my segments, it didn't show that I had signed up for the event at all. I guess it can't duplicate? I suppose I get why but sure did put a cramp in my main reason for choosing Omnisend (i.e. the signup options). Ah well. I guess I will have to figure out some manual work-around. Too bad too because that would be an incredibly useful function!

I just started using this app and so far it's been great! Pretty easy to create campaigns and automations. Interface is easy to use and they suggest helpful tips on email/website strategies. Really liking it so far!

We just trying to move over from mailchimp and sent out an email campaign that has not been sent to all our subscribers- there are way too many issues on this service! Second issue was that the emails were going from them on our behalf and again not arriving into our subscriber database. There are some serious problems with this service. DO NOT USE- BUYER BEWARE!!!
We are not happy that your first experience was not as expected. We can see that the teams have already signed a domain for you and made some changes to the IPs to improve the deliverability. Great functionality for email. We transferred from mailchimp. Especially that you can target people who added a product to cart instead only abandoned cart who left checkout (big gamechanger for revenue!) We like the simplicity and emails you can setup. Went easy with almost no problems. We used it for 20 days now. Also after the trial ends you dont get any notification that it ended. Support answered quick, but gives basic responses which obviously didnt read our emails thoroughly before replying. We will try with Serge, but we think its very strange that a company focused on emailcollecting doesnt have to functionalty to give every ecommerce business the best changes to collect emails. One very big BUT: We are very dissapointed with the forms to collect emails. For this pricing you expect the best of the best with lots of control. But its like a basic form with almost no functionality to adjust like: 1. When you offer free product for sign up or discount you cant add a automatic discount, like for the convenience of the customer. 2. You cant adjust the Spin to win wheel to your needs after they sign up. Only with discount coupons that are rendered by omnisend. 3. Very strange you cant decide what the browser will do when they signed up: so you cant put a website link where the customer will be transferred to. Only a VERY VERY BASIS ugly thank you form. Which you cant make nice or adjust. Very dissapointing. 3. Also no 3th party apps will help with this. The email will be synced with privy but will not connect with the history of the client what he or she did on our webshop. So that wont help. There are not many apps that work with Omnisend. You only see klaviyo or mailchimp support. Because of this we wanted to delete it but we already made lots of emails and dont want to change again. We always had a signup rate of 10% with the spin and win wheel and to win a free product. Worked great. Now its reduced to 5% because of very basic signup forms of Omnisend. And we cant use there wheel of fortune because it only work with discount coupons. I explain why its so important for ecommerce: When you give a customer who signs up a free product with a discount coupon the customer cant add another discount coupon. So normally after 3 days of not buying you want to get the customer over the edge with 10% extra discount but thats not possible. So we made a workaround with a automatic-add-to-cart-product link. So the customer can still use another discount. Unfortunately you cant add this link to signup forms of omnisend. I still so dissapointed and really cant understand why this is so basic stuff. My advice to omnisend: take a look at other great signup forms partys how thats working and adjust to it or work together with them..

This is a good app. I finally learned how to use it (myself, indeed, despite that i needed help). But people at customers service chat should be much more knowledgeable. Seems like they don't know very well about all app functions and how they work.

I used this app to help me reach my customers via email campaigns. It did the job. I am still new at it but so far so good.
