First time using a email marketing app and it was super easy to use. Simple interface and has option to segment your audience. Still waiting to see the results but seems pretty legit so far.

I have just used this app for the first time. I found it really user friendly, fast and looks great. The templates that are available are quick and easy to use also. Definitely will use again.

I would recommend Omnisend because it is modern looking and user friendly. It's not perfect. Somethings are hard to work out but the support is great. They respond quickly and help you for as long as you need it.

Love omnisend- I thought I just wanted an app for email marketing but I've started trying some other features with great success. So easy to use and support is great. Couldn't figure out how to set up a 'sign up' form this morning and support stayed and talked me through it right away.

Using the free trail and so far easy to use. Great features that link with your shopify store. Would be great if there were more templates to choose from.

I enjoy designing my emails in this app, much nicer than other email services we have tried. Everything is clean and simple, plus I can adjust the design elements that I actually WANT to change. The reports are great, along with the form options.

I was using Mailchimp and I decided to switch to Omnisend because I thought it was better for Shopify (note: and it's more expensive). For the past two or three months, my sales have dropped, half of my customers don't get the emails, I had problems with the sync between other small issues. The support changes all the time so you never speak with the same person and every new person answers you a random answer. I asked to speak on the phone with someone in order to solve all this issues and they have no phone support. This app was a very poor choice.
