Compared to other email marketing apps, this one was soooo easy to use. My favorite part was how customizable the newsletter itself was without it becoming too complicated. It had all the content I needed to make a great newsletter that covered a variety of topics. No complaints so far!

I have been using Mail Chimp and recently changed our email service to Omnisend. I have found Omnisend to be way easier to use and more intuitive in designing email marketing campaigns for our business, as well as setting up an auto-email workflow. I am very thankful for the services they provide and the boost I am sure it will be for our business. Big fan!

Omnisend is very easy to use and the switch over from mail chimp was very easy. I highly recommend it.

Omnisend is intuitive and easy to set up to get your email marketing going. For beginners, it offers a lot of out-of-the-box functionality for email streams that are critical to keep your customers engaged and loyal. I love it for that. The tool has awesome features like the product picker to help you showcase products in your emails. In my humble opinion, it could use some UI improvement to make it easier to select more than 1 product at a time. That part is too manual, I think, which discourages me from using it often. It's also not intuitive. I give their product picker 3.5-4 stars. They integrate with popular apps, none of which I use, unfortunately. I know they are expanding their integration portfolio and for that I'm happy. So I give integrations 4 stars. Their customer service is outstanding. They get 5 stars. They're quick to respond and very receptive to feedback on how and where to improve the product to keep clients satisfied. It's apparent they tie their customer's success with their success, and I like that. Overall, I give Omnisend 4.5 stars. So I'm rounding up to 5 because 4.5 stars is not an option.

Very easy and straight forward app, excellent work guys! We use it now for all of our marketing campaigns instead of mailchimp www.securityshutter.ca

It has potential for email marketing, good design and features; however deliverability of emails is REALLY bad. It's really frustrating to have chosen this app to work for and now having wasted long hours of work in a solution that doesn't do the job. I would recommend to test other solutions before jumping all in into this app, as I did.

This is my first time using Omnisend for my new shop. I just sent one email campaign. The templates and simple and elegant. I found the app intuitive and what I could not figure out, customer service was extremely helpful. Looking forward to more!

This app is a complete scam. I'm unsure where these positive reviews are coming from but if you have a large mailing list, BUYER BEWARE! They added 8,000 untraceable subscribers overnight to our list. I'm not exaggerating, you read that right. We sent our last campaign on May 27 to all subscribers and the following afternoon when we logged in, our subscriber count had shot + 8,000 subs. Luckily, we've been working on our list for the past week so it was caught right away. They were trying to place the blame on us saying we may have added 8,000 contacts manually (on what planet?). After we implied that these were added by them and this is bad business and suspicious on their part, they apologized profusely then started completely ignoring us until we got Shopify involved. Though, mind you, they were replying within 10 minutes of our messages prior to this. We finally received a response after Shopify stepping in and after much back and forth they tried to say it was a "bot attack", lol - right. In the almost 4 years we were with Mailchimp, this has absolutely never happened. Either they have no clue what's happening and there are some serious flaws in their platform or they're trying to place the blame elsewhere. The really strange part is we cannot trace them, no matter how many times we segment list and countless filters/tags we've tried. Nevertheless, this entire app is suspect. And with this sort of ridiculous response after days of being ignored, which is a pretty serious issue to ignore by the way, we immediately cancelled our account. Shopify should definitely stop recommending this app to accounts migrating from Mailchimp, it's a complete scam and their "customer service" really has no knowledge of the platform and selectively mark messages as seen and unseen. This was a complete waste of time all around. Watch Omnisend reply to this review with some BS. Save it, we've heard it all from your "team".
Apologizing is not enough to compensate for the issues you experienced. We definitely should have kept a better communication with you and kept you updated about the status of your case, our developers were still looking into the issue. We have resolved your puzzle and our Account Manager Laurynas reached out to you in a separate mail, with an extensive explanation on what happened, how to resolve it to ensure it does not happen in the future. It is definitely not the spam-bot attack and our support answer lacked competence at this point. So sorry that this took up to the point where you decided to cancel your account. If you give us a chance, Laurynas will have a call with you to resolve the case entirely and discuss the terms that would convince you to start again with us from a clean slate. We admit all our mistakes and truly hope you can give us one more try.

I have changed this review a few times because I really enjoy the app but have had some issues with customer support. Fortunately, after requesting my ticket be forwarded to a supervisor the issue was handled promptly so I will once again be giving this app 5 stars.

I have tested a lot of email platforms in the last several months, and Omnisend is really a step above the rest. From the ease of set up, integration with Shopify, and building automations and campaigns, this has been just what I was looking for in a system.

I just sent out my first campaign. Easy to navigate and complete my Website Relaunch announcement. Also easy to integrate with my Shopify e-commerce site. So far so good! Just moved over from Mailchimp.

Absolutly Great App. Very powerful. Lot's of features that other email marketing apps do not have. SMS, Messenger, scratch card, gift box, product picker, wheel of fortune sign up form, etc... Worth every $

The email editor is great and has enough power to make really nice looking and engaging emails. The analytics are good and the interface is easy to navigate, The little bit of customer support I have needed has been very responsive and helpful.
