AWESOME! Omnisend is very easy to use, and its integrations are extremely helpful while running a business. Additionally, their customer service is outstanding. Thank you, Maria and Saleh for helping me with migrating my connected account from WIX to Shopify. Just amazing!!

We are new to Ominsend, and we love it already! There is always someone to help when you cant work something out or get things wrong, the support crew are so helpful, patient and knowledgable. Special thanks to Baarath who helped me out today. We love the creativity shown in the communications and video updates too. Behind the scenes the team is always working on upgrades and innovations!

Omnisend offers everything I need in an email platform for my size of business. The overwhelming difference to other platforms is the personlised customer care. I am extremely fortunate to have Matias as my account manager who is basically like having an additional member of the team. He is always recommending improvements and is extremely hands on in showing me how to use the platform effectively. Well done Omnisend. I would highly recommend.

I can only recommend Omnisend for email marketing. Easy to use and implement, they are continuously adding new features and also offering workshops to make sure I know what's new and industry trends. Tech support is very very good, either the bot or real person. It is a very human company who shows they care about their customers. I am not tech minded and have no problem setting up new pop ups, forms or campaigns. It saves time and make money!

We switched to Omnisend a few months ago and are very happy with it. The app offers features like automated promo codes, push notifications, “spin the wheel” campaigns, customizable forms, and more. Their account specialists guide you, meet with you to discuss performance, suggest new ideas, and help improve results. Support is also very responsive.
