Sending out a campaign has never been easier. Great tips in their blog section to guide you along too. Launched my first campaign using this app which is easier to use than other apps. No regrets so far. Integration was not as simple and i had to verify that my integration was working with customer support (but they were quick and helpful). Migrating from another platform is always a chore but i think they did ok.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and to the point. Since I have 5 stores it would be nice to have an overall pricing package.

So far so good, with the migrating over from mail-monkey because of the problems between Shopify and the monkey, I have found it easy to create workflows and set up the whole thing for automatic email marketing. Believe me, I'm a mechanic by trade and if I can set this stuff up, you should have no problem. It's easy and understandable and prolly worth the money you'll spend.

Templates are very nice and the user interface is similar to mailchimp, only better in my opinion. I am happy with my first newsletter.

Looks like a great app for a smaller, newer company. One major limitation we noticed right off the bat is that the solution only supports one shopify store. We have multiple stores and multiple brands. The app page should state that so customers don't have to go through the process of creating an account and configuring the solution only to realize that during setup.

I just signed up with Omnisend after deciding to cancel Mailchimp due to the changes with Shopify. Omnisend is very user friendly and I found it easier to use and more dynamic than MailChimp. I am very happy with the switch.

I like how it sends out a re targeting email to all my abandoned cart customers. I've actually generate sales from that.

I have tried to get in contact multiple times with the creators of this app without success. A majority of my emails land in the junkboxes among the receivers with is an incredibly high rate and I can not work with that. Tested to sign up with 5 different emails myself and 4 of 5 of the emails ended up in the junk box.

I used this app to send my first marketing email to my existing customers showing new products. It was easy to set up and customize in order to look very professional. Time will tell how many extra sales are generated from using it but either way its definitely worth a try.

do try this out and make sure you get Anastasiia for live chat to experience how customer support should NOT be done. Extracts from my live chat with her A: "I have told you that I have already asked them to stop sending" A: "You click on Send now button. What do you expect to happen?" Quite apart from that she was also completely wrong on the tech knowledge too. There was definitely something very buggy about the system and I would have loved to have worked through it with their support but then alas Anastasiia happened. I am sure there are live chats for people who like to be reprimanded by a stranger. However I question whether a mail marketing app would be the right forum. I now took time to read some reviews and interestingly the positive reviews were all posted in batches on more or less the exact same dates and use the same very similar tones whereas the one star reviews are posted on varied dates and consist of varied tones in writing.

This App is great. My first time creating a campaign. Went really smooth and easy .I love how you can automate workflows and create segments with it, this means you can keep specific customers up to date with the right message. Thank you for creating this App. It works
