Just started using it for the first time and really happy so far with how easy it is to use. I especially like the product picker that allows me to select products directly from within my store. The import from mailchimp was a breeze.

Amazing app for email marketing. We wouldn't have started using Omnisend if Mailchimp didn't breakup with Shopify but we are so glad we did

Omnisend allows us to easily send sign-up emails, abandoned cart emails, confirmation emails, etc. If you want email automation for a reasonable cost, you can't go wrong with these guys. It's easy to use and seamless integration with other apps like Google Ads and Facebook Marketing.

This app is much better than Mailchimp, I can do so much more. They have great customer service that response right away. I recommend this app and it's a low monthly fee.

I have a small number of email subscribers, 75. Out of those 75, TWO opened the email I sent. TWO! That is a crazy low number. Every email I have sent has a similar result. It must all be going to junk mail folders. Very frustrating!!

Easy to navigate interface and sync from previous mail provider, great tools and assistance when needed. A happy change from mailchimp.

Updated review: Finally they added the segmentation feature to the standard plan. This is so helpful! I had some issues without segments but everything works very well now. Katherine of the support team is going an amazing job, her support is just great! Thank you very much Katherine.

Updating my review: It's really hurting my abandoned cart workflow that I cannot segment my campaign between previous purchasers and new customers. I'm still overall happy with Omnisend, but am frustrated with the lack of this option that I had in MailChimp. I have different messaging for these two segments in Abandoned Carts and do not want to train my loyal customers to just wait for a coupon after abandoning a cart. ************ I've spent the last couple days migrating over to OmniSend from MailChimp and so far I am SO happy to be doing it! It's easy and intuitive to use with a lot of great features! I have high hopes for my new workflows and campaigns to out-perform what I was doing previously. Automation workflows are really easy to set up, and I love the cancellation trigger. I'm also really excited to check out the Facebook & Google Audience Syncs, although I haven't quite gotten that far yet. I'm expecting that to be a great feature though. Just a couple things I'd like to see added: - I need a way to segment some of my workflows between customers who have previously purchased vs. new customers. I have different messaging to use for new clients vs. repeat buyers. This is particularly critical for an abandoned cart workflow. This is the only thing so far I've found that I'm losing in the switch. - I also would love a better option for the order follow up email workflow. I see the value of the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback block, but I'd really rather encourage customers to leave reviews on my website. I do this with another app right now, but if it could be accomplished with OmniSend, that would be amazing. Otherwise, super happy with the switch. I've spent the weekend setting up all my automated workflows, and I'll be ready to start sending newsletter campaigns next week.

Sending out a campaign has never been easier. Great tips in their blog section to guide you along too. Launched my first campaign using this app which is easier to use than other apps. No regrets so far. Integration was not as simple and i had to verify that my integration was working with customer support (but they were quick and helpful). Migrating from another platform is always a chore but i think they did ok.
