Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I used the Omnisend app to help me send a notice to my subscribers for launching my new online store. It was easy to create my message from the customizable templates. A wonderful first experience.

Never got it to send, said my list was dirty, but no way to upload my hard bounce list. Looks good, also had an outage so missed a key milestone. Support was poor and they couldn't fix the problem.

Recently moved over from Mailchimp. I've been incredibly impressed by the support team's speed of reply and willingness to help with my transition to their service.

I really enjoy this app! There's a lot to learn for a beginner but it is well worth it to take the time and use the features to improve your store. For starters the live view gives insight into what customers are doing on your site right now and I check that out all the time! I love the automation which has helped us improve our conversions a lot!

I used the app for the first time. It was easy to use from the laptop but not from the phone app. Excellent, easier than mailchimp. Although it hasn't quite imported all my subscribers to the app yet. I was able. to promote my products directly from the website effortlessly

I found it super easy, great templates to change if necessary. Happy with the switch from mailchimp.

Highly recommend this app very easy to use and many different styles to choose from. i like you can use website link to import photos.

Unfortunately after nearly 2 hours and communicating with their customer service line no one could figure out how to make it work with Shopify. For me Omnisend was a total waste of time and sticking with my Vertical Response platform for all my emailing. Very dissatisfied with Omnisend and sad that even their customer service rep could not figure things out for me.

I was looking for a simple integrated way to use my Shopify contacts with email marketing. I tried competing products but this is the easiest app I have found for basic small business marketing. So far so good! Just sent my first campaign after switching from MailChimp. I'm sure it can do more than I was fumbling through with, but, overall it was really to transition! Especially migrating subscribers over! Yay!

I have just started using it. I've just sent one campaign and built one segment. I've got to say though, it's REALLY intuitive and very flexible for designing your email. The reporting, analytics elements look really clear too. Impressed.

Works fine for me! Limited to 2000 emails/daily if you use free plan. Easy to use, imported list from Mail Chimp.
