The best customer service and support I have ever had! Beran was so helpful and made sure I understood everything before moving onto the next steps, he took the time to be thorough. I feel like a know more about segmentation than before, I wish we had more customer service representatives like this. Outstanding service, thank you again, Beran.

I started using Omnisend with my new Shopify AI website and was impressed from the start — I even gave them 5 stars. Today, I had my first real issue, and something amazing happened. The support team didn’t give up on me. Sanya went above and beyond to help and make sure I was happy. I’m very satisfied and pleasantly surprised by how everything turned out. They truly care about their customers. I have to add more stuff. I keep receiving lots of email from customer support they like make sure I am okay and If I need anything else. This is WOW! Amazing! Thank you Beran!I was genuinely surprised today when I got a message from Baarath from customer support checking in on me to see if I needed anything. You don’t see that kind of care often. Their support is on another level.

Omnisend offers everything I need in an email platform for my size of business. The overwhelming difference to other platforms is the personlised customer care. I am extremely fortunate to have Matias as my account manager who is basically like having an additional member of the team. He is always recommending improvements and is extremely hands on in showing me how to use the platform effectively. Well done Omnisend. I would highly recommend.
