So I uninstalled this app and then someone wrote me to ask why and if I needed help. I ended up reinstalling and so happy I did. Great app! Can't wait to see the results!

Great app! We work in the email publishing space with our other business and I can say that the deliverability and user friendliness of the ONE app has been top notch. Creating follow up sequences is easy and they work great. We love the use of the discount pop up as users enter the store. This app has definitely helped increase our store's revenue. This app's customer support team go above and beyond to ensure you get your desired outcome. I am very impressed by their customer service and the app is great! We had a niche requirement that required custom coding and the team was more than happy to help us do this.

The app seems to work well, although I haven't used it for a long period of time. What I will say is the customer service is among the best I have experienced in any industry. They respond super quick and work through customizations needed for your site. On that premise alone I would give them five stars. Very impressed.

Just a mere hour into using their platform, even my silliest of questions were answered when being helped by a live chat agent named Naomi. Not only is their platform amazingly simple to understand and use but when you confuse yourself like I, Naomi was there each time to quickly answer everything from confirming loading errors are only on my end, to helping me recover customer acquisition campaigns I started. They did not even mind when I reached out where I could find the spin the wheel campaign in my menus only for to write back that it was in the pop up menus. Not to mention upsell generously gives you a toll-free number for SMS marketing that is cost free for us users. There is a good reason why this app is rated 5 stars by almost 2,000 business owners. If you have been stressed, worried, and looking for something to make your website look better before and after the customer leaves. I am just scratching the surface but I just had to get the word out about how great, all in all this app is UI wise and customer service wise thanks to support agents like Naomi. This is the app you need to download.

Pretty cool App, just installed it, tons of features, easy to use. I love the fact that it's almost like a one stop shop. No need to download multiple apps. Customer service was beyond amazing on chat. Lou helped, went above and beyond was expected. Thank you soooo much Lou !!!!

I needed just a pop-up of a flyer that I had already designed. Trish contacted me through the in-app online-chat and I explained what I needed. She created it and linked it to the page that I wanted. I am amazed hat how competent and quickly this was achieved...and for free!! Can I tip this lady!? 110% recommended!

Very quick and helpful customer service. The app was little bit confusing to me but I got used to it and now it seem pretty logical. I would appreciate more "trendy" themes.

Great app...I see what the 5s are about...not to mention, the CS is SUPER HELPFUL and uber responsive! They even have the option to request more theme designs which I will be doing. Perfect!

Really Helped me with setting up a pop-up window for my shop, found it relatively simple to setup and when I had some problems with customizing the design to fit my shop, Kate from the ONE team was super nice, responsive and helpful. I am currently only using the reward-popup feature but will definitely explore the other (many) options in the app. After about two weeks of use - highly recommended :)

A very practical application, the staff is happy to help solve the problem, anyone with an independent station can try to install it and see, it will not live up to your expectations
