The customer service is SO good! The features like spin the wheel, pop up banners and upsell are super easy to use and are good tools for revenue generation.

This is an amazing App with top of the line customer service. Lou was so helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to collect hundreds of subscribers. Just regret I didn't install it before.

La aplicacion funciona muy rapido y tiene todo lo que una herramienta de este nivel necesita, te lleva paso a paso para hacer las integraciones, aunque si lleva algo de labor y muchos requisitos. mi primer banner quedo genial y la velocidad de mi tienda se mantuvo sin cambios. El servicio recibido en soporte fue muy esmerado, aunque platicamos idiomas distintos me agendaron una reunion en mi idioma y ha ido todo muy bien.

Wow--I'm SO impressed. The customer service is fabulous. This is my first online shop venture and there are so many moving parts. Rissa stayed available to me throughout my entire session and not only helped me with configuration but also took the time to give me some insight on best practices, etc so I will get the most out of the technology. So many apps to choose from from sometimes it's overwhelming--I'm SO happy I chose this one. Grateful client here. Thanks again Rissa!!

My developer installed this for me. I have no idea at all what is going on.. But I am very pleased with the excellent customer service team. Very patient and helpful. Once I know how to use, I found the app was so easy to use. Very recommend to use it.

Very happy with the app and GREAT customer support. They’ll have one on one sessions with you and take the time to walk you through anything you need, and even help you make updates/changes if needed. I spoke to Prateek and he was super patient, nice, welcoming, and does a wonderful job at explaining everything. Highly recommend!

I used this app to create a pop-up giveway on my shopify store and the support team were so helpful! Rita was amazing, she was keen to resolve an issue i was having and i did not need to wait a long time for her to respond. Impressive for a free app!

I used this app to generate and implement a pop-up for an email list. What an amazing experience working with Maya from support! Maya was extremely patient & courteous: so much that she stayed way past her shift to help me and make sure I had everything I needed, complete. What an amazing experience! So I uninstalled this app and then someone wrote me to ask why and if I needed help. I ended up reinstalling and so happy I did. Great app! Can't wait to see the results!

A little confusing to navigate but they have amazing, friendly and responsive customer support. I was shocked lol...live chat is amazing (and i HATE live chats) and although the chat took longer than a call would, it was so helpful and i also get to keep all screen recordings to refer back to instead of calling back if it were a call. She wasn’t in a rush, there was no time limit. I usually would get frustrated and just delete the app and look for something easier but the customer support i CANNOT say enough about. I'm keeping the app ....That type of customer support is worth having at any time.

Great app! We work in the email publishing space with our other business and I can say that the deliverability and user friendliness of the ONE app has been top notch. Creating follow up sequences is easy and they work great. We love the use of the discount pop up as users enter the store. This app has definitely helped increase our store's revenue. Thanks ONE app!
