ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

Nice app, but hard to believe that it's free completly. Why? I am afraid that one day they will say "it cost 500$". Can you explain this? What if I will send 30K letters per month? Per day?

I had lots of questions prior to Lou helping me, all I can say is GREAT app and super useful to market small business campaigns. Very likey to recommend!!

This app has everything you need from email automation, pop-ups, and SMS marketing, and the surprising thing is that it's free. Customer support is more than excellent.

The pop-up app works great! Also, we are really fascinating as a team from their customer support. They always answer fast, solve any issue on their own, they don't refer us to blogs or videos to do it by ourselves like others and they customized each service even if they did not have to. We have only the free plan yet.

The customer service was great, no wait time and fast responses. They were able to help me with all of my issues and provide me help of actually fixing it on there end so i did not have to do much. Truly kind and welcoming staff.

Just starting using this app and so far so good. Although I wasn't able to create a pop-up in the way I initially wanted the support team were amazing and were able to help me find a work around. Looking forward to exploring more features of this app! One of the best support experiences I have received on any app we use.

The BEST customer service + app very easy to use. One thing I am sure many shopify users can agree on is wanting responsive customer service + ease of use. Every interaction I have had with anyone from the company has been great. They will talk to you on the phone (can you believe its not just email or chat box) and walk you through step by step. I use them for collecting emails via pop up, cart upsells, SMS marketing etc, They are great. This app has helped my conversions and increased avg cart order also!

When I met a problem in editing, they quickly solved it for me. It is really good. The main reason is that the customer service reply is very timely and the operation is also relatively simple, but there are some places where the template could be more rich and perfect.

I am in love with this App!! It has alot of bells and whistles, plus the customer support is fantastic! Lou was my customer support agent and he helped me set it up in minutes and had lots of great tips to improve my experience with this app. I highly recommend it!
