ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

I just signed up on this app and was immediately greeted by Lou if I had any questions. I was only going to browse, but since Lou extended his help I took advantage. I'm so glad I did. He was very patient and guided and helped me to start up my welcome emails. He also provided me a tutorial video showing me how to make changes that I requested. The customer service was amazing! Thank you so much Lou for all your help!

I worked with Rosy and she was amazing. She helped me figure out my DNS settings which was a complicated mess. I'm so glad that One allows for Zoom meeting support. The customer service is outstanding. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!

I started using ONE and the most amazing thing is that it is complete free. That helps a lot small business like us. Support is fantastic and there a lot of features. One small problem is that using multiple languages at your store is that those apps can't provide that well. It doesn't really matter at the end.

I just launched today and so far so good this is exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service from Fola I appreciated the prompt responses and assistance.

Amazing customer support! I'm always having to work on my website late or on weekends, and I could not believe someone was available through the chat to help me late on a Sunday night. Not to mention, they helped me to customize my pop-up and answered a bunch of questions. So friendly and helpful!

So far I have only used the email marketing feature because that was my most pressing need. So glad I found this app! The email marketing tool is incredibly easy to use. And the best part is the support staff! Very quick responses and they helped me immediately with every question. Can't wait to explore the other features!!

The app is easy to use and you can do many things with the free plan. But it is better to upgrade to get access to more features when you have more visitors and customers. The customer service is just amazing and helpful. They help everybody, free or paid plan. Today I got Nathalie on the chat. Not only she gave an answer to my question, she also checked my settings and made some suggestions. But the best of all, she offered me 250 sms credit for Free. Highly recommended!
