Wow, I'm really impressed. As soon as I signed up for this app a chat box opened with a live representative who helped me for a super long time to customize this free app for me. Super helpful and patient. Looking forward to seeing what this app can do for my website.

Write for free, install the app and then find out that there are all paid plans. Write them already in the shopify tab.

Love the app. Very helpful for a small business looking to interact and promote directly with customers. Their customer support is A1. I needed some assistance and they walked me through it fast and gave me great tips. All for free . I'm willing to pay after this! Great app

This is a rating on customer service. I just got this app to help me with automatic coupon codes. I am not tech savy!! Patricia assisted me through the navigation process... with pictures. That's a big deal for me. Super fun, helpful and patient and I hope I get her again. I will rate again once I see some action the app actually working.

Glad that I found "one" to help me manage the email automation. For the new Shopify beginners, the free plan is enough. The pop-up window is also very useful. Advisor Trish is very helpful. She spent over an hour showing and fixing the issues. It takes some time to know about all the operations.

This App is super ! It does all what I need in email marketing and more in just one app! Do yourself a favor and install this app. it is super easy to learn. customer service is fantastic. they reply within seconds, so helpful and friendly . they even provide a 1 on 1 Vedic call to answer all of your questions and to onboard you if you want to. with their quick & best customer service , I was able to utilize the app quickly and started using all of its features within days. they are the best of the best. The app is so organized compared to many marketing apps that I tried before. The app is amazing and gets the job done without complicating your life. This app truly deserves the 5 stars!
