I cannot recommend this app more. The customer service from this team is amazing and they go above and beyond to help. The app itself is really good. Comprehensive and very customisable. Exactly what we needed for a pop up subscription and promo capture.

I used this app to create a pop up that encourages customers to sign up for our newsletter. My branding and general look/aesthetic of my website is super super simple (and I am extremely picky and particular about how things look). I'm also the founder of my brand and more of the creative/marketing/product design brain type vs. anything technical so I don't always find this area of the business to be overly intuitive. First of all, this app IS easy to use. And if you run into any roadblocks or questions, the support staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive. I asked a lot of questions and I'm sure I was super annoying, but they helped me every step of the way and I am truly grateful. HIGHLY recommend giving this app a try.

The customer support for this app is above any other I have experienced. Not only do they help you in real-time and no KB articles just copy/pasted in chat, but they actually care about your site. When I wanted to do something outside the norm, support made sure I understand why it is not a typical practice. I would recommend this app to anyone! Best experience I have had in adding a Shopify App.

This app has been great so far, easy to use with the step-by-step wizard and when I ran into an issue, their in-browser support was right there to help me even to the point of editing some CSS for the desired result. Support like that is hard to come by. I would highly recommend this app for their support alone.

This app is pretty easy to set up and VERY customisable. And, if you do get stuck, the support is absolutely superb and really quick. After only a couple of weeks, I have already seen a rapid rise in subscribers

I have used this app for sometime. It is easy to set up and has helped me to add some excitement, to the website with the spin wheel. The customer service is super excellent with a turn around in few mins when I posted a query and asked for help. I am convinced about the first class product and service from you guys!! I've used this service for years on a different platform. When I switched to Shopify, this was maybe the easiest part of the switch. Set up is a breeze. There was one custom difference between the two platforms that I couldn't figure out. They had it sorted in minutes! The free tier is extremely generous and the upgrades are well worth the price. A++ would ONE+ again!!

I only started using this app recently, so I haven’t seen the long term benefits from it yet, but the support team is phenomenal. Pauline stayed 2 hours walking me through every step and process to maximize my usage for this app. I am looking forward to keep using it and to see my sales grow.

I received good service regarding my challenge, which is unfortunately limited by Shopify functionality. Otherwise it has been easy to set up!
