Great app, I used this for a way to capture subscribers, when I set it up wrong and was stuck, Alice from their customer support team was there to help me out. Response to any questions I had she immediately answered, even offered a solution, which was greatly appreciated. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

This app is exactly what I was needing for my shop. It provides several add ons I was wanting plus others that I didn't even realize I needed! Not to mention the support was immediate and easy to follow. Alice did an outstanding job to help me set up and publish my 1st campaign so I can now focus on selling!

I am not good at using email apps. I went on to the chat version of the help on ONE+, and someone answered me immediately. Other apps there is a bit of a wait. I got Sofia on the chat and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to have patience with my ineptness, and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could completely understand. She solved my issues quickly and stayed with me to make sure I was able to see the problem was solved, explained in detail how it was done, and even added a few more features I didn't know I could do. She made it look simple. She was amazing, and made it a education as well as pleasurable experience. I'm happy I chose this app.

After a few trial and errors with other apps, I am so grateful to have found this app. 5 stars hands down. It is very easy to navigate. I also cannot say enough about their customer service. They're easily accessible whenever you need help. They're very quick to respond. Kate & Pauline was phenomenal. Not only did Pauline answer all of my questions, she went above and beyond and looked at my settings and gave me other valuable tips and pointers that I am so grateful for.

A really good app I highly recommend, the customer support is on point and extremely helpful which is great when your not sure what your doing. Pauline and Kate have been a great help sending screen videos and helping in anyway they can. :)

I use this app to run my email campaigns. As a new business, I needed something that would scale with me, while providing a great value. Proof Factor does this in spades. Not only is the app loaded with functionality, but the online support team is amazing. I have worked with both Alice and Pauline and each time I walk away amazed. Not only do they fix the issue I am having, but they also did a review of the rest of my settings for optimal usage. I recommend this to anyone just getting started on Shopify to manage their email campaigns!

I was assisted by extremely helpful and knowledgeable support agent, Kate. Friendly and professional, and not pushy or intrusive, she was on hand to help with any questions I had. Having someone to check your homework immediately was really useful. It looks great on www.rohorafiki.com (5 stars!).

Just started using the app for shopify, its pretty easy to use, had a few difficulties but kate the pop up assistant was brilliant helped me a lot. makes everything a lot less stressful when you have some help by your side!
