We replaced a version of a spin the wheel pop up with the Proof Factor Fortune Wheel. I love the customisation varieties and can really make an impact when it pops up for our customers. I contacted the help team as we had visibility issues with the wheel showing up on small mobile devices and Pauline helped me out with editing the code for us so that the wheel appears higher up on the screen so it is visible. She also suggested a different pop up, other than the wheel, that would be even more suited to viewing on mobile which we hope to try too. Great support and a great visual pop up!

I use this app for coupon pop ups and other things for my Shopify website. I am NOT a web designer and I had absolutely no experience with this type of stuff prior to now, so I was feeling resolved to accept having just a basic DIY looking website for my business. I happened to reach out to Proof Factor support using their chat icon and the techs there made it so easy for me to fix things on my site that I just thought I'd never be able to get fixed. They were so helpful, sent the files I needed right through the chat, and stayed with me to the end to make sure it all worked out OK. 100% worth it just for their level of customer support.

I was really struggling to make this work but that is probably due to my lack of technical ability however Kate one of the techies was really patient really clear in instructions as to how to fix my issues. We were on "chat" for about 5 hours so very very helpful.

Sales Pop Ups & Email Pop Ups by Proof Factor is essential in our online business. We have experienced an extremely high engagement rate and a healthy conversion percentage. We currently utilize the App on both our South African online store as well as our UK based online store. This should be part of an essential app list for shopify users. The Customer support is phenomenal and almost instantaneous. I'm really impressed.
