I love this app! I think it's very user-friendly. I was using the free option for about 6 months and just recently switched over to the paid version and love all the new features I can explore. The customer service is also incredible. I had an issue with the sales pop feature and contacted support through live chat and Angelina solved my issue right away! Thank you so much :D

I have used the free coupon and email subscription to newsletter pop up. I’ve edited both and added my own picture, change the words and it’s really easy to change the sizing and color of the text. I even uploaded my logo to go on the tab or circle pop up. I needed to get emails so I to offer a pdf download which I saved on my SHOPIFY site in SETTINGS/FILES then I sent it to my email. This pop up works beautifully to get the potential customers attention and get them to give me their email address.

I would give this app 6 stars if I could. I have had the best customer service a store owner could ask for. A particular thank you to Enea (and team) for going out of his way to help customise the app to make it work for my store, especially with helping to blacklist products that I do not want to show. It is very efficient, and very effective working app. I use the Sales Pop and had restrictions to how I wanted it to work and look, and the Proof Factor team was able to make it work exactly as I needed it to. Its fast, reliable, and looks professional on my site. I am happy with the metrics. The customer service was impeccable and I felt very valued as a customer! I would recommend this app to any store owner who wants to display sales notifications on their store, especially if you want to hide certain sales. A big thank you!
