Sales Pop Ups & Email Pop Ups by Proof Factor is essential in our online business. We have experienced an extremely high engagement rate and a healthy conversion percentage. We currently utilize the App on both our South African online store as well as our UK based online store. This should be part of an essential app list for shopify users. The Customer support is phenomenal and almost instantaneous. I'm really impressed.

I love this app! I think it's very user-friendly. I was using the free option for about 6 months and just recently switched over to the paid version and love all the new features I can explore. I was having problems with plug ins on my site and they were there to help and responded in less than 5 minutes. The problem ended up being from another app but they were very helpful and efficient. They also helped me notice that I had put the trigger button over my "contact us" button, which was nice of them.
