I use OptiMonk to add a lucky wheels to our site. They help you with any question that you ask 24 hours 7 days. Awesome app to add a twist to you business.

Great app! It does exactly the trick - stops customers from leaving your site without making a purchase. I have already had some orders from this app so can most certainly recommend it for your business! Great app, very useful. It is easy to use, it has a lot of opportunity and basically everything you need for a sale campaign. The customer service is amazing. Always ready to help.

Optimonk has worked well enough for us in a limited capacity that we have begun greatly expanding its use on our site. Their staff is very helpful, and we're looking forward to continuing to expand our usage of the platform.

This is a great app, which allows a lot more than the standard, boring Shopify popups to help drive conversion. The best thing we have found about OptiMonk is the service. Extremely responsive and friendly, and in our particular case they have worked with us to develop new functionality they can then pass onto other customers to improve their product. They have also set up campaigns where we can A/B test different options - including copy suggestions, and images. Frankly, they have been more of a partner than a software vendor. These guys know how to build and support a product the right way. Highly recommend.

We have used OptiMonk for several years and have been very satisfied, both with the features and the service from their team. It's very refreshing to have a program that just does what it says it can do, and a team that actually listens to your feedback to make improvements and responds quickly when you have time sensitive needs. Are there other services out there that do similar things? Sure, but I doubt we'll ever find the need to use them, because we have no plans of leaving OptiMonk.

I used this app to help me create an upselling popup for returning customers who may have left products in their cart ! It is very qucik and easy to set up took me about 5 min and now I have an amazing upselling popup that recommends products customers have left in their carts when coming back to the store

Great app. Fast live chat support. Every problem was resolved quickly. Perhaps the editor should be improved a little to achieve excellence.
