I needed a newsletter popup solution and stumbled upon OptiMonk. The platform is really well designed and very easy to use. The level of customization is also amazing and I was able to create something that fits my vision perfectly. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Great app and has good features. The options to upsell and gain new leads are great and very customisable. Customer service is also great, they have been very helpful with all the questions I had.

Really lovely customer service, assisted me with setting up a few things and just prompt reply. Also enabled some other feature for us without even requesting it. Super happy with both Rudolf and Ati. Highly recommend using this app if you are new to this sort of thing.

The app is tremendous and has generated an abundance of qualified leads for us. However, what's even more impressive is the teams unrelenting desire to help us get users to convert. It seems professional, but not according to my experience. Not intuitive, requires so much time to figure it out. Then after it started counting the number of visitors on my site (since it has a quota) but did not show any of the pop-up's I was expecting (even to me). There is no proper help/faq section, or at least it is somewhere that one cannot find easily.

Please also see a link to our support center: https://support.optimonk.com/hc/en-us. You can also find the icon to chat with us on each page of your OptiMonk account. We usually reply within a minute on working days, between 9 am and 9 pm (CET). Regarding the counting of the pageviews, unfortunately, this is how our pricing model works. It is counted as long as our script is running on your site. We would be happy to investigate if there was an issue with your campaign, please feel free to open a chat with us.
