Easy to use, it is very intuitive no matter level of expertise, has a vast variety of templates that can easily adapt to store and campaign needs, Chris from the support team 10/10 (communication, problem solving, efficiency) I highly recommend it.

I used to work for a competitor of theirs that makes Popups with great A/B testing. Our targeting was a little more sophisticated (I could cookie people at will, target popups based on those cookies, target by referral addresses and query parameters, etc) That said, I'm kicking the tires on new solutions and when I reached out to their support for help, they were SO fast and friendly to solve my issue. I LOVE that Optimonk integrates directly with Shopify, that really helps a lot. If there's one feature I'd love to see on Optimonk, it's targeting by query parameter!

I've been so impressed by this app! I've used it for around a year now, and it's been really helpful to be able to create campaigns that look a bit unique, and the drag-and-drop editor is really easy to use. I've reached out to support a couple of times when I've had issues, and they have helped me pretty much instantly and resolve the problem. OptiMonk is absolutely vital for running my own my business, and I wouldn't be without it!

Good popup builder and It integrates with Klaviyo but not in the sense that it will only pop-up for those who are not subscribed. Meaning, we are giving discount codes to customers who are already subscribed before adding the app. It only excludes those who signed up via the optinmonk popup. This is unclear when signing up and when creating the funnels, I don't like this misleading language in the app. If we had known this , we would not have spent hours building product specific popups for email collection. We are moving back to the klaviyo popup.

Our team tested the Klaviyo list and segmentation feature, and it works properly on our end, and in the tests in your account. This rule allows you to segment your audience based on their previous subscriptions to your Klaviyo lists, using the Klaviyo cookies. Please note that this only works if your client didn’t delete their cookies and is visiting your site from the same browser. For further investigation, our technicians would need access to your Klaviyo account, but based on the investigation, this feature works accordingly. I’m ready to assist you with anything you need.
