So far, I've been using Optimonk for a few weeks, and it's been relatively easy to set up and get going. I requested to remove the Optimonk branding even on my free account and they got back to me very quickly and without question or requiring me to upgrade to a paid account, they removed the branding from all my pop-ups and surveys. So far, I've had no issues with the app and customer service has been great. A little bit of a learning curve, but that's only because my tech skills aren't the greatest, but even still, it's fairly easy to set up and use. Great app, highly recommend!

OptiMonk is great! I have always toggled between Postscript, Privy and Klaviyo, but the level of customization and help with OptiMonk is second to none! I definitely recommend using it, especially for an new business. Emil was a great help when I first started setting up my first pop-up. Thank you!

I am using Optimonk for 1 pop-up on my website and paying $99/month for it. Last month Optimonk deleted my one and only pop-up out of the blue due to an error on their side. This resulted in a significant headache and loss of sales for my business (the pop-up is functionally very important to our user journey). Use at your own risk. Even though Optimonk's error led to a significant loss of sales for my business they wouldn't even comp my next month of Optimonk app charges. Poor.
