Great support. Chris was a gem. Klaviyo integration is working like a charm. Looking forward to seeing what else this puppy can do for us, but so far everything's worked great.

I have had to ask for help several times and each time I was answered quickly and was able to get back to work asap! Having such great customer service to go along with a great product is amazing. I highly recommend optimonk.

To say I'm not a tech person is an understatement, and the support I've received at OptiMonk has so far exceeded all expectations. Immediate customer service help getting my pop up just right. Great experience, great customer service!

Customer support for setting up first campaigns is 10/10, very friendly, fast & helpful! We just started with OptiMonk and I cannot say much about performance yet, but the interface is very modern, intuitive and pleasant to use so far. Great job, guys! Looking forward to using it a lot & learning about our customers :)

I've been using this app for a while. It was very easy to set up and the support is awesome if you have any issues. They will help you set up your campaigns and get you on your way. I had an issue and Sarah immediately responded before office hours went in and fixed an issue that I was having. I highly recommend this app.

Just started using it but I'm very happy with it so far! I tried a few other apps to compare but I think I'm sticking with this one. Its very easy to use and set up campaigns. The customer service chat works great- Sarah helped me- and they send a response to your email if they are not available at the time you send a message.

So far so good! I would recommend OptiMonk over some of the other competitor products I've taken a look at so far for a couple reasons: 1). OptiMonk's designs and templates are FAR SUPERIOR from a design perspective, and 2). OptiMonk's campaign use case templates are the bee's knees. I'm so, so happy I decided on OptiMonk as my app of choice, and unless something goes disastrously awry from here, they have my 5 stars! :)
