Subiksha was very quick and helpful with the setting up process. The experience was very smooth and easy. The app looks very clean and fixed our checkout issues from the previous app whereby customers could still checkout without selecting a delivery or pickup option. After setting up, Vinduja helped me set up the rates with a lot of patience. We are still in the trial stage, but with the experience thus far, we would certainly continue with this app.

I was running into minor issues with the app integrating to my website and Manav at Pickeasy was incredibly helpful and addressed everything over a simple zoom call. Very grateful that the customer service is built into the app and have basically a 24hr service with zoom call options and more. Very impressed!
