really i didn't like it all good , but they send delivery information in page order , in wrong place , they don't have any idea to fix it
Hi Kheireddine, Thank you so much for your feedback. I completely understand your concern about the delivery information showing up under products in the Shopify order page. Unfortunately, this is the only method Shopify currently allows apps like ours to pass delivery or pickup details (such as date, time, and type) from the cart to your orders. If we remove this data, your customers’ selected delivery details would be lost. That’s why all scheduling apps on Shopify follow this same approach. I truly wish we could customize Shopify’s order page to change this behavior, but it’s currently outside our control. That said, I’ll continue checking with Shopify for any future updates, and if a better solution becomes possible, I’ll reach out right away. Updated review -- I tried really hard to make it work since I really like what they've built. That said, while Pickeasy support was initially very responsive and made several efforts to help us with our issue, ultimately it couldn't be resolved between Pickeasy and Shopify, so we were forced to find an alternative. After upgrading in Shopify, the CCS API still wasn't communicating with Pickeasy and each support team kept passing me back and forth to the other. I also was unable to chat the support team after a few days and they didn't respond to my last email.

Barath and Manaz was fabulous. He stayed past our scheduled zoom call to assist in all of my questions and found custom text solutions for each question or request. I would happily request to work with barath and Manaz again for any Pickeasy questions!
