I can only say good things about this company! I had some tweaking to do before the app worked perfectly, but they came through with each and every request within 1 day! their customer service is available 20 hours a day, just amazing! plus the add really solved all my shipping issues that i had! 5 stars!

Febin was very helpful with walking me through all the different options of the Pickeasy app. I feel that this was the solution I needed for my online store. Very professional and nice to speak with. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs the ability to schedule certain pickup dates/times and/or blackout dates. This is what I was looking for!

The plugin is outstanding and Rahul has been so supportive when I had to set it up, he even call me in a zoom meeting to help me and basically he did it for me! SUPER!

J'utilise cette application depuis plusieurs semaines et j'en suis ravie. Elle est la plus complète de ce que j'ai pu utiliser jusqu'à présent. Elle me permet de proposer à la fois de la livraison à domicile et du retrait en pick-up. Le chat est disponible, l'équipe trouve toujours une solution. Ils sont d'un grand soutien et c'est appréciable. Merci particulièrement à Vinduja et Febin qui m'ont débloqué de plusieurs situations.

This app is very helpful for setting time slots for delivery. I'm technical in nature, but fairly new to Shopify, so I'm still finding my way through how to customize things properly. I contact their support and they were able to help me customize the app a little and set the proper settings to get everything set up.

Excellent app that cover all our needs. Easy to use and to set up. We had an issue we could not fix our selves, so we contacted customer support, which helped us right away. Thank you to Rajkumar who solved it within a couple of minutes! This app can absolutely be recommended.
