dont depend that they will support you , sent an urgent request from 24 hours and no reply till now

We would like to clarify that our team did reply to your email requesting either a collaborator access request or the option to connect over a Zoom call so we could assist you directly. However, it looks like we have not yet received a response from your side. We also sincerely apologize for the delay in our initial response. Our support team is available for 20 hours a day, and we are offline only between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM IST. Your email was received at around 3:30 AM IST, during our offline hours, and our team replied as soon as possible at 7:30 AM IST. You may also verify this in your email thread. That said, we truly value your experience and would be glad to assist you right away. Please share your exact requirements with us, and our team will help you complete the setup as per your needs. Valid experience. Had a wrong checkout language setup, support fixed it for me before I explained the whole problem. Works great, and for starters, even the free version is very good! You need a premium to setup multiple locations for pickup, but for start, you can setup the locations using vanilla shopify and then as your shop grows convert to PickEasy completely.
Thank you so much Manaz for helping me today during our Zoom call. I was having issues with the app where it wasn't showing the date and time in a few places. Not only did he help me walk through all of that, he also helped me fix a few other things he noticed. Now it's working perfectly. THANK YOU SO MUCH MANAZ!!

This app is great. It definitely takes some time to set up so highly recommend the zoom call! Subiksha was amazing and fixed all my problems and also problems I didn't even know I had! haha

Farhath Manaz is awesome!! He is patient and very throughough. This App has been able to make my checkout so much more professional and easier to use for my Customers.
We have had a couple of issues with using the App but the online support team are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues.
