Hi Ivany, I’m Rahul, Product Manager for Pickeasy at Logbase. First, I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had with Pickeasy and with our support response. I completely understand your frustration. If you are telling you that your website is not working, that is a serious issue, and we should have treated it with the urgency it deserved. I personally reviewed the conversation and the issue you reported. I understand that you were already facing this for several days, and when you reached out again, we were not able to get immediate access to our development team during our midnight hours. That is not an excuse, and I take full responsibility for the delay and the poor experience this caused you. I also understand why you chose to uninstall the app and request a refund. Before you move away from Pickeasy completely, I would genuinely appreciate one opportunity to make this right. If you are open to it, I will personally handle your case from here. Our team will review the issue end to end, identify the exact cause, and make sure the app is working correctly on both desktop and mobile for your store. I can also arrange a live call or screen-share session so we can troubleshoot this transparently and resolve it properly. Our goal is not just to retain you as a customer, but to earn back your trust. Your experience was not the standard we aim for, and I am sorry that we let you down. Please let me know if you are willing to give us one final opportunity to fix this. If yes, I will personally coordinate with you and our technical team until the issue is fully resolved. Vignesh was absolutely amazing! He helped me solve a complicated Shopify pickup and delivery issue and stayed with me for nearly 1.5 hours until everything was working perfectly. Pickeasy is an app that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is very customisable and has the basic features we require. Two times I've run into issues and both times the issue was resolved within 12 hours. Note that the app language is not the same as the language on the website. It is possible to make your own translations to other languages.

Wonderful customer service with very qualified technicians. They even helped me customize emails to the clients after fixing what I called about. There are limitations to Shopify's interface with their app, which is hard to work around, but they helped me with the best possible solution.
