Updated review -- I tried really hard to make it work since I really like what they've built. That said, while Pickeasy support was initially very responsive and made several efforts to help us with our issue, ultimately it couldn't be resolved between Pickeasy and Shopify, so we were forced to find an alternative. After upgrading in Shopify, the CCS API still wasn't communicating with Pickeasy and each support team kept passing me back and forth to the other. I also was unable to chat the support team after a few days and they didn't respond to my last email.

Barath and Manaz was fabulous. He stayed past our scheduled zoom call to assist in all of my questions and found custom text solutions for each question or request. I would happily request to work with barath and Manaz again for any Pickeasy questions!

This is my first time setting up the app for my website. I've faced a few challenges, and the team from Pickeasy is really effective in helping me to solve those issues asap. Huge thanks to Dhina, who has helped me to resolve the issues back and forth and Jennifer, who guided me on enabling some required API. The support team is really effective and efficient. Great app!

I needed some help with the setup. I scheduled a meeting and Barath was the agent who helped me. In about 10 mins we had the whole application configured and I was ready to take orders with multiple location pickups and delivery. Thanks for your help Barath!! What a great app, so many options to handle even the weirdest edge case. And support is just fantastic. Subiksha jumped straight on a screen share to help out with an implementation detail we had, she is top top!!!
