I am very happy that I picked PickEasy for our on-site appointment scheduler. We have a very unique business and the customization capabilities and the easy of updating our availability for pickup has been immensely valuable to our business. Unlike with Shopify, the Customer Support is very responsive and helpful. Using the chat feature I can count on a quick resolution to any issue I may have.

After taking awhile to pick a date picker for my bakery I chose Pickeasy. I've only had it for a short time and already love it. It helps streamline my business and takes redundancies out of communications with customers. The customer service is fantastic- prompt, answers questions, and fixes glitches rapidly. I had an issue that took a little time and figuring out to solve, Subi attended to my case start to finish & completed what I needed solved. I'm grateful to her and her team. Highly recommend! Sudhan ravi and Manaz were amazing today. They went above what was necessary to helped me rearrange my store pick-up times because I had to change my hours for Thanksgiving. In less than 10 minutes my store was ready to take holiday sale orders. I could not have done it without him!
